Mal fehlt das Klebeband, mal geht die Kartenzahlung am SB-Gerät nicht, mal ist das Gerät komplett ausgeschaltet oder defekt. Leider ziemlich nervig und unverlässlich. Außerdem benötigt man immer eine physische Karte als Zutritt in der Nacht. NFC wäre wünschenswert. Whether you can actually send a package away via the self-service area is like a game of chance. Sometimes the tape is missing, sometimes the card payment on the self-service device doesn't work, sometimes the device is completely switched off or defective. Unfortunately, quite annoying and unreliable. In addition, you always need a physical card for night access. NFC would be desirable.
D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unfreundliches Personal. Vor allem der Herr am Schalter mit langen Haaren legt einen Ton an den Tag- unfassbar! Eine Auskunft die gefühlt eine Sekunde in Anspruch genommen hat, war Grund für ihn völlig entnervt und aggressiv zu antworten. Incredibly rude staff. Above all, the man at the counter with long hair sets a tone for the day - unbelievable! A piece of information that felt like a second was a reason for him to answer completely annoyed and aggressive.

Und ich bin in der Tat JEDES MAL (ohne Ausnahme) völlig perplex WIE unfreundlich die Schalter Mitarbeiterinnen dort sind. Wir sprechen hier nicht von fehlendem Kundenservice (das sowieso), wir sprechen von RICHTIG UNFREUNDLICH. Eigentlich untragbar und eine Zumutung für jeden Kunden/jede Kundin. Nach Durchsicht der Rezensionen ist es mir ein Rätsel, wieso da von der Leitung nichts unternommen wird. Weils "eh wurscht is", weil die Leute ja sowieso (so wie ich) kommen MÜSSEN. Tolle Einstellung, gratuliere! Unfortunately, due to my place of residence, I have to go to this post office again and again (to pick up registered letters or official documents). And I am in fact EVERY TIME (without exception) completely perplexed HOW unfriendly the counter staff there are. We're not talking about a lack of customer service (that anyway), we're talking REALLY UNFRIENDLY. Actually unacceptable and an imposition for every customer. After looking through the reviews, it is a mystery to me why nothing is done by the management. Because it doesn't matter, because people HAVE to come anyway (like me). Great attitude, congratulations!
E	Elvira Irimia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte bisher wirklich nur gute Erfahrungen, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Einmal wurde mir aus Versehen ein anderes Paket gegeben, aber Fehler können passieren und wurde schnell gelöst :) Edit: Es gab davor schon ein paar äußerst launische und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, aber mittlerweile sind es mehr und noch dazu wirklich inkompetent. Zuerst würde mir gesagt, die Post kann eine bestimmte Ware nicht versenden, weil die Post das "nicht macht". Natürlich völliger Quatsch, da es auch auf der Webseite steht. Wurde dann geregelt, nachdem ich insistiert habe, dass es sehr wohl geht. Haben dann von mir als Privatperson auf eine Proformarechnung bestanden, welche ich nicht zur Verfügung stellen muss. Schlussendlich bin ich in die Filiale im 7ten Bezirk gegangen und das Paket wurde in 5 Min ohne Proformarechnung verschickt. Wenn man sich nicht auskennt, dann sollte man das auch nicht vorgeben. I've only had good experiences so far, very nice employees. Once I was given a different package by mistake, but mistakes can happen and was quickly resolved :) Edit: There were a few extremely moody and unfriendly employees before, but now there are more and really incompetent at that. First I was told that the post office cannot send a certain product because the post office "doesn't do it". Complete nonsense, of course, since it is also on the website. Was then regulated after I insisted that it is very well. Then I, as a private individual, insisted on a proforma invoice, which I do not have to provide. Finally I went to the branch in the 7th district and the package was sent in 5 minutes without a pro forma invoice. If you don't know, then you shouldn't say so.
A	Amir Khelil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die blonde Dame am Schalter ist eigentlich immer nett, manchmal hektisch aber es ist ja auch manchmal sehr viel los, aber die Dame mit den langen schwarzen Haaren ist irgendwie immer schlecht drauf und motzt einen auch noch an, sie akzeptiert auch nur Pass oder Führerschein (den ich nicht besitze) und verweigert einem dann das Paket wenn man nicht eines von beiden mit hat, weil ihr Wort ist natürlich Gesetz. Find ich leider etwas beschränkt. The blonde lady at the counter is actually always nice, sometimes hectic, but it's also sometimes very busy, but the lady with the long black hair is somehow always in a bad mood and pisses you off, she only accepts a passport or driver's license ( which I don't own) and then refuses the package if you don't have one of them with you, because their word is of course the law. Unfortunately, I find a bit limited.
F	Feea I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin da wegen der Arbeit sehr oft in der Filiale. Ja, Wartezeiten sind öfters schon der Wahnsinn aber auf mich wartet man ja auch. Dafür habe ich dann auch immer meine Ruhe wenn ich dran bin. Ich finde den Herr mit den langen Haaren so toll. Seitdem er hier ist, ist die Stimmung in der Filiale viel besser ;). Ich vermisse den jüngeren Bankbetreuer der nicht mehr hier ist. Auch wenn das nicht sein Aufgabengebiet war, hat er IMMER geholfen, vor allem mit den Paketen draußen. Ich verstehe dass die Mitarbeiter nicht durchgehend grinsen können. Vor allem wenn jemand um 17:50h zur Weihnachtszeit mit einer Großaufgabe kommt. Das ist so als würde man in einem Kackhaufen stehen, aber trotzdem lachen müssen ;). I go to the branch a lot because of work. Yes, waiting times are often crazy, but they also wait for me. But then I always have my peace when it's my turn. I think the man with the long hair is so great. Since he's been here, the atmosphere in the branch has been much better;). I miss the younger bank advisor who is no longer here. Even if that wasn't his area of responsibility, he ALWAYS helped, especially with the packages outside. I understand that the staff can't keep grinning. Especially when someone comes with a big task at 5:50 p.m. at Christmas time. It's like standing in a shit pile, but still having to laugh;).

Anzunehmen, dass zufriedene Kunden einfach keine Bewertungen abgeben - das soll sich hiermit ändern. Vielen Dank für die gleichbleibend schnelle und kompetente Abwicklung meiner vergangenen Postsendungen - Ich komme jedes Mal gerne wieder! I don't understand the bad reviews on google, personally I've only had good experiences at this post office! Assuming that satisfied customers simply don't leave reviews - that should change with this. Many thanks for the consistently fast and competent handling of my past mailings - I'll be happy to come back every time!
