C	C E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für jeden Besuch plane ich in etwa eine halbe Stunde ein. Ich verstehe diese Arbeitsmoral nicht: je langsamer, desto besser(?) I plan around half an hour for each visit. I don't understand this work ethic: the slower the better (?)

Da wurde eindeutig an der falschen Stelle gespart! The queue is always miserable and the switches are completely understaffed. Friendliness was not invented here either. It was clearly saved in the wrong place!

Ich hatte ein Problem und die junge Dame hat sich sehr um meine Zufriedenheit bemüht und somit einen Lob von mir verdient. C	Claudia Resetarits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss echt 30 min länger einplanen. Frau Khan ist Stellvertreterin und macht echt den Eindruck das sie keine Lust zum Arbeiten hat. Wenn man zur Post will ohne sich zu ärgern dann besser woanders hin. You really have to plan 30 minutes longer. Ms. Khan is deputy and really gives the impression that she does not feel like working. If you want to go to the post office without getting angry, you better go somewhere else.
V	Verena Nutz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ erstens muss man ewig anstehn nur um sein verdammtes paket abzuholen, was sich mit einer abholstation ganz einfach lösen lassen würde und dann kann man sich auch noch mit diesen unglaublich unfreundlichen personal rumschlagen, obwohl ich schon sehr genervt was und extra freundlich gegrüßt habe, kann man nichtmal mit einem hallo rechnen, wird nur blöd angeschnauzt und dann kann sie mir nichtmal das paket aushändigen obwohl auf dem zettel vermerkt ist, dass es ab 16:30 abholbereit ist und das ist nicht das erste mal, dass sowas passiert. ich hoffe die geschäftsleitung liest sich diese bewertungen auch durch und denkt mal drüber nach etwas zu ändern First of all, you have to wait in line for ages just to pick up your damn package, which could be easily solved with a pick-up station and then you can also deal with these incredibly unfriendly staff, although I have already greeted something very annoyed and extra friendly, you can don't even expect a hello, they just shout at stupidly and then she can't even hand me the package, although the note says that it is ready to be picked up from 4:30 p.m. and this is not the first time that this has happened. Das reicht aber noch nicht, da die Postangestellten neben einem sehr langsamen Arbeitstempo auch noch mit Unfreundlichkeit punkten. Eigentlich könnte man 90% der vorhandenen Probleme ja mit einer Abholstation lösen, aber nein lieber 3 überweisungsstationen, die eh kein Schwein braucht hinbauen. Nebenbei sind die Mitarbeiter auch oft zu faul, Pakete zu suchen! Der Schlangenstau ist auch immanent, aber hauptsache 2 von 5 Mitarbeitern machen grad Pause.. Vor Ort kriegt man auch nur schwer ein Beschwerdeformular; daher hier mein Review Every time I have to go to the post office, I am annoyed because I have min. 1h has to plan ...
