Keine Entschuldigung und dann ist, obwohl 2 Mitarbeiter hier sind, nur 1 Schalter besetzt. Saturday in the morning: opening time 9:00, but the door is just 5 minutes late. No apology and then, although 2 employees are here, only 1 counter is staffed.

Es stehen 14 Leute in der Schlange und sie machen die zweite Kasse auf als ich eine Beschwerde gemacht habe.!!!!! Schlechte Service.!!!!!! This is the slowest post I've ever seen. Most of the time, only one cash register is open. The cashier works very slowly. There are 14 people in line and they open the second checkout when I made a complaint. !!!!! Bad service. !!!!!!

Erst habe ich die Bewertungen im Internet gelesen 2.1 Sterne uugs.... Bin ganz angespannt reingegangen und: die Kollegin war so was von freundlich und hilfsbereit obwohl ich ewig mit den Adressaufkleben herumgetan habe und mich nicht ausgekannt habe. Also entweder sind die schlechten Bewertungen länger her oder ich weiß nicht. Ich war Top zufrieden! Today I had to send 3 parcels and to this post office because that is the next from me. First I read the reviews on the internet 2.1 stars uugs .... I went in very tense and: the colleague was so friendly and helpful even though I spent ages messing around with the address stickers and didn't know my way around. So either the bad reviews were a long time ago or I don't know. I was very satisfied!
R	R H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab die schlechten Bewertungen gesehen und dachte naja ihr übertreibt maßlos. Es ist eine sehr schöne Postfiliale, Selbstbedienung ist Top und es läuft oft alles schnell ab. Einziges Manko ist wirklich das oft nur ein Schalter offen hat. Have seen the bad reviews and thought well you are exaggerating excessively. It's a very nice post office, self-service is great and everything often happens quickly. The only drawback is that often only one switch is open.
A	Anna Lichtenegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Postfiliale, die ich kenne! 15 Minuten Wartezeit sind normal, auch wenn nur 2 Kund/innen vor mir sind und sich mindestens 3 Mitarbeiter in der Filiale befinden. Von Freundlichkeit haben letztere übrigens auch noch nichts gehört. Der Gipfel der Inkompetenz war nun, dass ich ein Paket nicht mitnehmen konnte, weil die Mitarbeiterinnen nicht mit einem Systemfehler am PC umgehen konnten - wiederum erhielt ich natürlich keine Entschuldigung dafür, dass ich nun nach einigen Tagen wieder hinkommen „darf“ und solange auf mein Paket warten muss… Das einzig Gute an dieser Filiale sind die Automaten!!!! Worst post office I know! A waiting time of 15 minutes is normal, even if there are only 2 customers in front of me and at least 3 employees are in the branch. By the way, the latter have not heard of friendliness either. The peak of incompetence was that I couldn't take a package with me because the employees couldn't deal with a system error on the PC - again, of course, I received no apology for "being allowed" to come back after a few days and on mine for as long Package has to wait ... The only good thing about this branch are the machines !!!!
E	Elisabeth Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ langsame und unfreundliche mitarbeiter. 17:00 uhr, die kundenschlange bis auf die straße raus, 1 schalter geöffnet... trotz ersuchens, keinen weiteren schalter geöffnet... über 30 mim wartezeit. danke für nichts! slow and unfriendly staff. 5:00 p.m., the line of customers out into the street, 1 switch open ... In spite of the request, no further counters open ... over 30 mim waiting time. thanks for nothing!
F	Flo Reisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keim Paket, dass ich bestelle, wird mehr zugestellt sondern geht witzigerweise von der Zustellung direkt zurück in die Rücksendung, ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Ich habe meine angegebene Adresse etc. mittlerweile 20mal überprüft und die MUSS stimmen. Es klingelt sogar jedes mal an den Tagen wo das Paket kommen soll an der Tür und ich RENNE mittlerweile hin, wenn ich am Hörer bin meldet sich niemand und obwohl ich trotzdem öffne kommt niemand hoch. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit! Nicht mal die Möglichkeit der Abholung in der Station wird mir gegeben, nein, es wird direkt ZURÜCKGESANDT. Sorry, aber verarschen könnt ihr eich selbst The germ package that I order is no longer delivered, but funnily enough it goes straight back from the delivery to the return, for no apparent reason. I've checked the address I gave etc. 20 times and it MUST be correct. It even rings at the door every time the package is supposed to come and I RUN now, when I'm on the receiver nobody answers and although I open it anyway nobody comes up. It's an absolute disgrace! I am not even given the option of picking it up at the station, no, it is sent BACK directly. Sorry, but you can fool yourself
