Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen unterhielten sich untereinander, wartete geduldig ca 2 bis 3 Minuten, aber es kam von keinem der beiden jungen Angestellten ein " Ja, bitte" oder "Naechster, bitte". Man ignorierte mich ganz einfach. Bis dann nach einer Weile eine der Damen mich fragte was ich wolle. Geld beheben, gab ich zur Antwort. Darauf hin sie: "Dass funktioniert heute nicht, wir haben technische Probleme, gehen sie runter (gemeint Filiale Richard Wagner Platz)". Anhand meiner nicht nur heutigen (wieder einmal negativen) Erfahrung mit dieser Bank, im speziellen mit dieser Filiale schließe ich einen Wechsel zu einer Konkurrenzbank nicht mehr aus. Die, speziell jungen Mitarbeiter dieser Filiale, sollten sich in Zeiten wie diesen, glücklich schätzen, einen solch guten Job zu haben...etwas mehr Engagement wäre sicher angebracht. ... ein (noch) Stammkunde... Was at the counter this morning to withdraw money. There was no customer in front of me, no one behind me. Two employees talked to each other, waited patiently for about 2 to 3 minutes, but none of the two young employees said "Yes, please" or "Next, please". I was simply ignored. Until then after a while one of the ladies asked me what I wanted. Fixing money, I replied. She replied: "That doesn't work today, we have technical problems, go down (meant branch Richard Wagner Platz)". Based on my not only current (once again negative) experience with this bank, in particular with this branch, I can no longer rule out a change to a competing bank. In times like these, the especially young employees of this branch should consider themselves lucky to have had such a good job ... a little more commitment would certainly be appropriate. ... a (still) regular customer ...

Wenn man schon den Beruf als Bankangestellte/r auswählt und den Beruf ausübt, sollte es einem auch klar sein, dass er oder sie ständig mit Menschen zu tun hat bzw. in Kommunikation ist. Dieser Beruf fordert ja mit Kunden geduldig umzugehen. Daher rate ich einer Dame (ca. 30-40Jahre alt) an der Kasse (leider Gottes ihren Namen ich vergessen habe), mit Kunden freundlicher, netter und auch entgegenkommender zu sein. Falls diese Dame nicht in der Lage ist diese Kriterien zu erfüllen, sollte sie sich einen anderen Beruf auswählen. Da wir ja Zeiten wie Corona haben, sind genug Arbeitlose in der Liste, die ihr Dasein ganz bestimmt ersetzen können. Da bin ich mir sogar zu 99% sicher. Ich hoffe, die Dame gibt es bei meinem nächsten Besuch nicht mehr. Falls ja, werde ich die Konkurrenzbanken aufsuchen müssen. Today I was in the BAWAG branch Thaliastrasse 140. M	Max Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freitag 10 Uhr; 12 Leute stehen angestellt, NUR EIN Schalter geöffnet. Sitzplätze nur für 4 Personen ohne Abstand möglich ! Und das nach dem Umbau und Neueröffnung. Diese Filiale ist zu meiden: Die Bewertungen werden auch NIE GELESEN von Verantwortlichen; Desinfektions Behälter nicht gesehen....? Friday 10 a.m.; 12 people are employed, ONLY ONE switch open. Seating is only possible for 4 people without a gap! And that after the renovation and reopening. This branch is to be avoided: The reviews are NEVER READ by those responsible; Disinfection container not seen ....?
M	Markus Puchegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und von Menschlichkeit keine Spur die Öffnungszeiten der kassa sind ein witz nichtcmal einen langen tag für berufstätige und dann besitzen sie noch die Frechheit 10 min zu früh die kassa zu zu machen . Unfriendly and not a trace of humanity the opening hours of the cash desk are a joke, not even a long day for working people and then they have the nerve to close the cash desk 10 minutes too early.
M	M F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, Meine Erfahrungen an Leitung der Bawag, je neuer die Tage auf uns zukommen desto unaufmerksamer übermütiger ungebildete eingebildete Personal scheint es in der Filiale Thaliastraße zu sein.Mein Vorschlag ohne viel zu schreiben an die Leitung feststellen der Personal und Richtung AMS die Türe zeigen.
