N	Nilia N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich den anderen negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. War meist zuhause, jedoch wurde trotzdem nur ein Zettel eingeworfen, ich wäre nicht da gewesen. Personal in der Filiale komplett unterbesetzt. Eine Person am Schalter und 100 wartenden vor mir (und dabei übertreibe ich nicht!) danke für nichts, Herr Pölzl I can only agree with the other negative reviews. Was mostly at home, but still only one note was thrown in, I would not have been there. Staff in the branch completely understaffed. One person at the counter and 100 people waiting in front of me (and I'm not exaggerating!) thank you for nothing, Mr. Pölzl

Es kann nicht sein, dass man 10 Minuten pro Person braucht obwohl die nur einzelne Briefe aufgeben ... - 13:30 and 10 people are already waiting - of course, as always, only one counter is occupied - Employees do not wear MN protection over their noses - Employees incredibly slow Why can't you increase the number of employees here or at least retrain them so that they can work faster? It can't be that you need 10 minutes per person even though they only post individual letters ...

Alle Male war ich zu Hause und habe gewartet. Meine Gegensprechanlage ist extrem laut und funktioniert (dazwischen wurde Essen geliefert, Handwerker konnte auch den Knopf mit meinem Namen und Türnummer finden). Das ist extrem ärgerlich! Three parcels in a row have not been delivered in the last month because I was 'not found'. Even just 40 minutes ago. I was always at home waiting. My intercom is extremely loud and works (food was delivered in between, craftsmen could also find the button with my name and door number). This is extremely annoying!
L	Leon Kickert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, jedoch sind sie fast immer überfordert von der Anzahl an Kunden. Es gibt einfach zu wenig Mitarbeiter für den Ansturm an Kunden, vor allem weil die Anzahl der Paketsendung immer weiter steigt. Aufstockung des Personals wäre zu empfehlen, sonst ist alles super. Very friendly and competent staff, but they are almost always overwhelmed by the number of customers. There are simply too few employees to deal with the rush of customers, especially because the number of parcel shipments continues to rise. Increasing the staff would be recommended, otherwise everything is great.

O	Olli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horror die Post, ne Schlange bis zum Eingang, stress haben die absolut nicht, der eine schlaft bei der arbeit fast ein die andere sitzt vorm pc, sieht das die bude voll ist und öffnet ihren schalter nicht, es sind schon alle genervt.. interessiert da niemanden! E	EC P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für den großen Andrang kann das Personal nichts, aber leider sind die Mitarbeiter großteils unhöflich und lustlos. Der Herr, der wie ich letztens erfahren habe, der Filialleiter ist, fällt mir jedes mal durch seine gelangweilte Art auf, kein Augenkontakt, wenn man nachfragt, weil man nichts verstanden hat was er in sich reintuschelt wird es unhöflich und laut wiederholt. Ich bin jedes mal genervt, wenn ein Paket mal wieder "nicht zugestellt" werden konnte und ich es dort abholen muss! Sehr schade! The staff cannot cope with the large number of visitors, but unfortunately most of the staff are rude and listless. The gentleman, who, as I recently found out, is the branch manager, strikes me every time with his bored manner, no eye contact when you ask, because you haven't understood what he is whispering, it is repeated rudely and loudly. I'm annoyed every time a package could not be "delivered" and I have to pick it up there! What a shame!

Das Buch ist laut Onlineshop nur 380 g schwer. Warum betrügt sie ständig? The employee (blond with pigtail) always charges me the most expensive tariff, even though I only send a thin book, I have to pay the tariff for over 6 kg. According to the online shop, the book weighs only 380 g. Why does she cheat all the time?
