★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man erledigt seine Geschäfte und verlässt die Filiale schnell wieder. Allgemein sind die Mitarbeiter recht unfreundlich, leicht genervt.
 You do your business and leave the branch quickly. In general, the employees are quite unfriendly, slightly annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliches Personal mehrere Kunden wurden beleidigt, diskutieren und streiten lieber mit der Kundschaft anstatt ihrer Arbeit nachzukommen... Mitarbeiter sagten sogar das Sie nicht dazu verpflichtent wären Briefe oder Pakete in Zeiten wie in Lockdows auszuhändigen!!! Mitarbeiter drohte sogar mit einer Anzeige ... wäre ich nicht gezwungen meine Briefe in dieser Filiale abzuholen wurde mich diese Filiale mit sicherheit nicht mehr sehen .... Gemeint sind 2 Mitarbeiter/innen im reiferen Alter vlt sollte man die zwei gegen Zwei motiviertere Mitarbeiter austauschen !!!!!!!
Extremely unfriendly staff several customers were insulted, argue and rather argue with the clientele instead of doing their job ... Employees even said that they were not obliged to hand over letters or parcels in times like in lockdows! Employees even threatened with a complaint ... if I weren't forced to pick up my letters in this branch, I would definitely not see this branch anymore .... Meant are 2 employees of a more mature age, perhaps you should have two against two more motivated employees change !!!!!!!

Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, weil der Post Web-Druck hier nicht funktioniert.
Great branch, really nice employees! I'm always happy to come.
Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because post web printing doesn't work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post was already closed, but people still could enter the lobby area where a public printer is located. I went in to print out some papers. Money in, usb in, I'm trying to print but there is no paper in the printer. All drawers are empty (yes I tried to select another one). Next time please fill the printer with paper, or switch it off, because now I lost my money in the machine. I paid for something and I got nothing. This is illegal. Pay closer attention to this because it can cause hassle and money loss to us (customers), and I could imagine some legal issues to your establishment.

They lost my later, value 80 euros I paid another 4 euros for signing. And someone just stole it, I called them multiple time and they said well we don't know where it is we could give your money back your 4 euros.
I'm so disappointed
I'd would not trust them with anything valuable. They are thieves with an office.
