Diese Filiale ist nicht ganz compliant mit dem korrekt gelesenen Web-Auftritt der Post-Österreich hinsichtlich Details in der Tarifvorgabe. Es kommt auch immer wieder zu Schlampikeitsvorfällen von gemäß beruflichem Status besserstehenden Angestellten der Post - die nicht zum Filial-eigenen Personal gehören, aber hier ein und aus gehen - gegenüber loyalen Kunden. Die politeness (um nicht zu sagen: Höflichkeit) solcher besserverdienenden, sich dünkelhaft dekadent benehmenden, Angestellten ist manchmal unter dem Durchschnitt dessen, was man als nachsehender, gnädig erduldender, Einwohner dieses schönen Bezirkes Hernals eigentlich erwartet. Aber die einzelnen Handlungsabläufe funktionieren weitgehendst sehr gut, und die sich stets anständig und meist freundlich verhaltenden Angestellten unter der Führung des hiesigen Filialleiters wirken sehr störungsresilient, was sehr zu loben ist. Aufgrund der hinsichtlich mancher Angestellter wohl tw. jahrzehntelang bestehenden, permanent vorhandenen und sehr beständigen, Gewissenhaftigkeit in der Arbeit, bin ich froh, dass es so eine stabile Geschäftsstelle hier gibt. Dafür bin ich dankbar. I have been a customer here for 14 years now. This branch is not completely compliant with the correctly read website of Post Austria with regard to details in the tariff specification. There are also incidents of sloppiness by Post employees who are better off according to their professional status - who do not belong to the branch staff, but who go in and out here - towards loyal customers. The politeness (not to say: courtesy) of such high-earning, arrogantly decadent employees is sometimes below the average of what one would actually expect as a indulgent, gracious, tolerant inhabitant of this beautiful district of Hernals. But the individual courses of action largely work very well, and the employees, who are always decent and mostly friendly, under the leadership of the local branch manager, seem very resilient to faults, which is to be commended. Due to the fact that some employees are probably tw. Decades of existing, permanent and very consistent, conscientiousness in the work, I am glad that there is such a stable office here. I am grateful for that.
V	Viktoria Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor ein paar Wochen dort um ein Paket abzuholen, als mir ein Mitarbeiter gesagt hat, dass meine grünen Haare und meine violette Maske nicht gut aussehen. Nachdem ich mein Paket erhalten habe, ist er mir noch ein paar Schritte nach dem Schalter gefolgt um mir zu sagen wie schlecht das aussieht und dass das ja gar nicht passt und wieso ich eine violette Maske trage. Darf ich bitte einfach nur mein Paket abholen ohne derartige, persönliche Meinungen mitgeteilt zu bekommen? Man kann solche Gedanken ja wohl für sich behalten. Vor allem nachdem ich ihn bereits höflich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass Meinungen verschieden sind. (außerdem hat auch niemand nach seiner gefragt aber anscheinend dachte er trotzdem es sei ok. Man geht doch nicht einfach zu fremden Personen und sagt ihnen wie schlecht sie aussehen/ihnen etwas passt? Sowas behält man doch für sich? Wenn man die Person nicht kennt interessiert ja auch keinen die eigene Meinung?). Es tut mir wirklich leid hier einen Stern zu hinterlassen wegen einem Mitarbeiter aber seitdem will ich da nicht mehr hin weil die Situation einfach unangenehm, unangebracht und vor allem unprofessionell war. Was there to pick up a package a few weeks ago when a member of staff told me my green hair and purple mask were not looking good. After I received my package, he followed me a few steps past the counter to tell me how bad it looks and that it doesn't fit at all and why I am wearing a purple mask. Can I just pick up my package, please, without being given personal opinions of this kind? You can keep such thoughts to yourself. Especially after I politely pointed out to him that opinions differ. (Besides, nobody asked about his but apparently he still thought it was ok. You don't just go to strangers and tell them how bad they look / something fits them? You keep that to yourself? If you don't know the person Isn't anyone interested in their own opinion?). I'm really sorry to leave a star here because of an employee, but since then I haven't wanted to go there because the situation was just uncomfortable, inappropriate and, above all, unprofessional.

Ich war schon sehr oft hier und habe immer viel teurere Tarif bezahlen müssen wenn’s ums verschicken geht. Ich habe das Gefühl sie wollen den ahnungslosen Kunden alles teurer abrechnen und den Kunden Glauben lassen das ist so richtig sei. Heute wurde mir das wieder bestätigt. Es liegt nicht an der Post sondern an den Mitarbeitern. Ich hab das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter in anderen Postfilialen sind kompetenter. Dies ist eine subjektive Bewertung. Even if the location of this post suits me very well, I will not come back. I've been here very often and have always had to pay much more expensive tariffs when it comes to shipping. I have the feeling they want to charge the unsuspecting customers more expensive things and make the customers believe that this is the right thing to do. This was confirmed to me again today. It's not up to the post office, it's up to the employees. I have the feeling the employees in other post offices are more competent. This is a subjective rating.

Sogar die Post Webseite weiß mehr über den Verbleib angeblich nie vorhandener Pakete als die Mitarbeiterin, die sie dann plötzlich 20 minuten später doch findet Long waiting time, unfriendly and not competent! Even the Post website knows more about the whereabouts of allegedly never-present parcels than the employee, who suddenly finds them 20 minutes later
b	brig schmei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ post im einkaufszentrum elterleinplatz: der, seit jahren dort anzutreffende, filialleiter/chef sucht seinesgleichen! er begegnet den menschen sehr persönlich und freundlich – von alt bis jung. er ist immer hilfsbereit und bemüht, außerdem wirklich kompetent. auch im umgang mit seinen mitarbeiterinnen oft das entspannt-lustige und wertschätzende klima beobachtet. das schlägt sich in form eines engagierten teams nieder. DANKE an den chef, danke ans team! post in the elterleinplatz shopping center: the branch manager / boss who has been there for years is unequaled! he meets people very personally and in a friendly manner - from old to young. he is always helpful and eager, and also really competent. The relaxed, funny and appreciative atmosphere is often observed when dealing with his employees. this is reflected in the form of a dedicated team. THANKS to the boss, thanks to the team!
