C	Christopher Krammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal zu welcher Tageszeit man hier herkommt, die zwei Mitarbeiter die aktiv hakln sind maßlos überfordert. Jedesmal bildet sich ne Schlange bis zum Eingang. Mal schnell sein Packerl abholen oder etwas aufgeben wird hier zu nem längeren Aufenthalt... Bei dem Wartezimmer-feeling schon mal überlegt einen Wasserspender hinzustellen? No matter what time of day you come here, the two employees who actively hakln are overburdened. Each time a queue forms up to the entrance. Sometimes picking up a pack or giving something up is a long stay here ... When waiting-feeling ever thought to put a water dispenser?
M	Mr. Happy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstensmal ärgerlich dass der zuständige Briefträger es nicht der Mühe wert findet anzuläuten dass man dann extra auf die Post muss obwohl man zu Hause war, dort ist jedes Mal, egal die Uhrzeit, Schlange stehen angesagt. Zur Coronazeit sogar bis auf die Straße zum nächsten Gehsteig First of all, it is annoying that the responsible postman does not find it worth bothering to ring that you have to go to the post office even though you were at home, there is always a queue, no matter the time. Um die Pakete und Rsb usw briefe zu bringen man wartet den ganzen tag auf das Paket oder den Brief und plötzlich ist ein gelber Zettel im post fach dann musst man in der post rennen Frechheit von den post mann der soll seine Arbeit machen und nicht faul sein ich hoffe das sich die obersten Chefs die Beiträge durchlesen und auch dagegen was machen !!!!!!!!!!!! S	Sauzechn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bewertung betrifft NUR die Zusteller von Paketen - Seit Monaten nun muss ich feststellen, dass die Zusteller bei schwereren Pakten (also ~5kg+) einfach zu faul sind in 2. Stock zu gehen. Permanent wird angeläutet, ich öffne, stehe 5 min. vor der Tür und keiner kommt. Ich war stets ein Verteidiger der Post und habe mich stets geweigert Paketdienste wie DHL (schauder) o.ä. Anbieter zu beauftragen, habe oftmals sogar höhere Versandkosten in Kauf genommen um von der Post beliefert zu werden, ich denke aber ich werde diese Einstellung massiv überdenken müssen. Ebenfalls ein Hohn ist dann die Paketnachverfolgung, wo mir ca. schon 20 x erzählt wurde: "wir werden mit dem Kollegen sprechen, es wird nicht mehr vorkommen, es tut uns leid." Das hörte ich also rd. 19x zu oft. This evaluation ONLY applies to the parcel deliverers - for months now I have noticed that the deliverers are simply too lazy to go to the 2nd floor for heavier parcels (i.e. ~ 5kg +). The bell rings all the time, I open the door, stand for 5 minutes in front of the door and no one comes. I have always been a defender of the post and have always refused to hire parcel services such as DHL (shudder) or similar providers, have often even accepted higher shipping costs in order to be delivered by the post, but I think this attitude will become massive need to rethink. Parcel tracking is also a mockery, where I've been told about 20 times: "We'll talk to the colleague, it won't happen again, we're sorry." So I heard that about 19 times too often.

P	Petya Rei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar langsames Personal. Meistens steht nur 1 Mitarbeiter/in vorne. Man muss mit einer laaaangen Wartezeit rechnen. Echt ärgerlich. Terribly slow staff. Usually there is only 1 employee at the front. You have to expect a loooong waiting time. Really annoying.
