Elisabeth ist eine super Trainerin, motiviert ihre Kunden, ist freundlich und professionell, gleichzeitig versteht sie es ihre Kunden voll zu fordern und an die Leistungsgrenzen zu gehen. Individuelle Wünsche werden natürlich berücksichtigt. Ich freue mich auf jedes Mal und der Erfolg spricht für sich. Trotz nur zweimaligem Training pro Woche fühle ich mich fit und konnte deutlich an Muskelkraft zulegen. I've been doing powerplate with Elisabeth for 1 1/2 years and I'm still thrilled. Elisabeth is a great trainer, motivates her customers, is friendly and professional, at the same time she knows how to challenge her customers and push the limits. Individual wishes are of course taken into account. I'm looking forward to it every time and the success speaks for itself. Despite only two training sessions per week, I feel fit and could gain significantly muscle strength.
