M	Martin Czimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brauchte Münzen, gibt's nicht, da der Kollege nicht da ist, und Scheine in Münzen dürfen sie nicht wechseln sonst haben sie selbst keine haben, aber vorher schon 20 Minuten gewartet, der eine Stern ist schon überbewertet zum Vergessen diese Filiale Needed coins, doesn't exist because the colleague isn't there, and they aren't allowed to change bills into coins, otherwise they didn't have any themselves, but had waited 20 minutes beforehand, one star is already overrated to forget this branch
R	Reix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Gesetz besagt, dass, wenn eine Person ihren Einschreibebrief nicht abholen kann, eine andere Person mit ihrem Personalausweis oder Führerschein mit Foto.... es tun kann. aber hier akzeptieren sie es nicht, es ist sehr verzweifelt. und obendrein lachen sie die Leute aus! The law states that if one person cannot pick up their registered letter, another person with their ID card or driver's license with photo ... can do it. but here they don't accept it, it's very desperate. and on top of that they laugh at people!

Employees unfriendly and unmotivated to the point of being rude. A friendly younger employee, Post mail box and mailing machine in the foyer, 2 stars for that.
D	Dafne Hauck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv die unfreundlichsten Post Mitarbeiter die ich je erlebt habe. Leider ist es die nächste Filiale, deswegen habe ich es schon oft versucht. Egal wer dran ist, einfach alle sehr unfreundlich, unmotiviert und sehr unhöflich. Definitely the rudest postal worker I've ever come across. Unfortunately it's the next branch, so I've tried it many times. Regardless of who it is, just all very unfriendly, unmotivated and very rude.

Der junge Angestellte ist so extrem langsam und der alte "Chef" wollte anscheinden nicht wirklich arbeiten (hinter mir waren auch nochmals sicher 25-30 Leute die ihr Paket abholen wollten). Geht lieber eine Rauchen anstatt zu arbeiten. Hat auch nach dem Rauchen keine Leute bedient sondern lieber irgendwelche Sachen verräumt!!! Könnte ich null Sterne verteilen wären Sie hier definitiv gerechtfertigt! Went there this afternoon, November 3rd, 21st. 15 people in front of me and still waited 50 minutes. The young employee is so extremely slow and the old "boss" apparently didn't really want to work (behind me there were probably 25-30 people who wanted to pick up their parcel). Better to smoke than to work. Didn't serve people even after smoking but rather put away some things !!! If I could distribute zero stars, you would definitely be justified here!
d	d g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es werden offizielle Studentenausweise (mit Foto etc.), nicht als Identitätsnachweis akzeptiert obwohl diese per Gesetz zugelassen sind. Alle KollegInnen in der Filiale waren sich einig, dass mir der RSb Brief nicht ausgehändigt werden kann. Es ist nicht das erste Mal passiert und ich habe das Gefühl, eine gewissen Schadenfreude unter den MitarbeiterInnen zu spüren. Liebe Post, "herzlich willkommen" sieht anders aus.. Official student IDs (with photos, etc.) are not accepted as proof of identity, although they are permitted by law. All colleagues in the branch agreed that the RSb letter cannot be handed over to me. It has not happened the first time and I have the feeling that I feel a certain malicious glee among the employees. Dear Post, "Welcome" looks different ..
