Als ich sagte, dass mir der Preis zu teuer sei, und ich es nicht ungefragt kaufte (Es war kein Preispickerl ersichtlich), meinte der Verkäufer er müsse Steuern zahlen, dass sein Unternehmen umweltfreundlicher sei und fing zum Schimpfen an. Ich wurde auch gefragt ob ich Österreicher sei. Ich fühlte mich in einer verbal-aggressiven Weise vielen Unterstellungen ausgesetzt - wusste da nicht mal noch was drauf zu sagen, weil ich so überrumpelt wurde... Ich hab ja Verständnis dafür das in einem Laden in dem man kompetente Beratung bekommt, mehr zahlt, dass es ein kleiner Laden schwerer hat über die Runden zu kommen als Saturn, Amazon etc. Finde es toll dass es solche Läden im 20. gibt... Aber dafür angeschnauzt zu werden, weil ich ein Produkt wahrscheinlich nicht kaufen werde, geht einfach nicht. Competent advice, large selection. When I said that the price was too expensive for me and I did not buy it without asking (there was no price sticker visible), the seller said he had to pay taxes, that his company was more environmentally friendly and started scolding. I was also asked if I was Austrian. I felt exposed to many insinuations in a verbally aggressive manner - I didn't even know what to say because I was taken by surprise ... I understand that in a shop where you get competent advice, you pay more, that a small shop has a harder time making ends meet than Saturn, Amazon etc. I think it's great that there are such shops in the 20th ... But to be yelled at because I probably won't buy a product is just not possible .
