D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die junge, etwas fester gebaute Dame mit dunklen Haaren ist in der Tat nicht besonders freundlich. Ich meide es, meine Post hier noch abzuholen. I can only agree with the bad reviews. The young, more solidly built lady with dark hair is in fact not particularly friendly. I avoid picking up my mail here.

Man sieht einfach wie kein Bock die Mitarbeiterin da hat und alles so langsam wie möglich macht... Absolutely incompetent employees. Wait 20 minutes even though there were only 3 customers in front of me. You can see that the employee doesn't feel like doing everything as slowly as possible ...
F	F H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von 3 Mitarbeitern waren zwei unfreundlich und wirkten unmotiviert. Eine war Privat am Smartphone. Lange Wartezeit,obwohl kaum Kunden da waren. Out of 3 employees, two were unfriendly and seemed unmotivated. One was privately on the smartphone. Long waiting time, although there were hardly any customers.

War um 17h40 in der Filiale (= rechtzeitig!) wartete hinter einem Herren nur damit mir um Punkt 17h45 mitgeteilt wird das keine Kunden mehr angenommen werden! Was soll das? War noch pünktlich da und wurde trotzdem 'rausgeworfen'? Danke für nichts! Natürlich möchte auch ich nicht jeden Tag über meine Arbeitszeit hinweg arbeiten und habe Verständnis für ein pünktliches schließen. ABER: es handelt sich hier um einen Post Partner in einem großen Einkaufszentrum, zusätzlich zu einem Öffi Knotenpunkt - es sollte also damit gerechnet werden das auch 'in letzter Minute' Kunden in die Filiale kommen. Wer sein Geschäft derart überpünktlich schließen möchte, dem empfehle ich eine Trafik / Post Partner Filiale in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitengasse - dort kann man dann um 17h45 gleich noch den Gehsteig einklappen. Hoffentlich liest die ganzen Rezensionen endlich jemand Verantwortliches und zieht seine Schlüsse bzw. Konsequenzen daraus. Allen anderen Empfehlen ich sich UNBEDINGT eine andere Post Filiale zu suchen! (Und der jungen dunkelhaarige Mitarbeiterin am Postschalter empfehlen ich in Corona Zeiten einen Online Kurs zum Umgang mit Kunden - der Ton macht die Musik, eine Erklärung wäre sicher besser als ein schnippisches rauswerfen.) I can only agree with all 1 * ratings before! Was in the branch at 5:40 p.m. (= on time!) Waited behind a gentleman just to tell me at 5:45 p.m. that no more customers would be accepted! What shoud that? Was there on time and was still 'kicked out'? Thanks for nothing! Of course, I don't want to work beyond my working hours every day, and I understand that the doors close on time. BUT: this is a postal partner in a large shopping center, in addition to a public transport hub - so it should be expected that customers will come to the branch 'at the last minute'. If you want to close your shop so late on time, I recommend a tobacconist / Post Partner branch in a small, quiet side street - there you can fold down the sidewalk at 5:45 p.m. Hopefully someone in charge will finally read all of the reviews and draw their conclusions or consequences. I STRONGLY recommend to all others to look for another post office! (And I recommend the young, dark-haired employee at the post office counter to take an online course on dealing with customers in Corona times - the sound makes the music, an explanation would certainly be better than throwing out a snappy one.)
M	Matthias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche schnelle Bedienung werktags um 17 Uhr (0 Wartezeit), hilfsbereit. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Friendly, fast service on weekdays at 5 p.m. (zero waiting time), helpful. Can't understand the negative reviews!
K	Khat Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin total unfreundlich, nimmt Paket nicht entgegen, weil sie dringend „Übergabe“ machen will - Dauer mind. 15 Minuten!! Auf den Wunsch sich in 15 Minuten nicht nochmal anstellen zu müssen, weil man einen Termin hat und eigentlich schon dran war, kommt kein Verständnis, sondern eine freche Antwort a la was verstehen sie nicht dran. Unmöglich!!!!! Employee totally unfriendly, does not accept the parcel because she urgently wants to "hand it over" - duration at least 15 minutes! If you don't have to queue up again in 15 minutes because you have an appointment and it was actually your turn, there is no understanding, but a cheeky answer a la what they don't understand. Impossible!!!!!

A	Andrea Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad staff. Did not make any efforts to look for my package, which was sent back to the shop since the staff never « found it » in their storage room. Which they BARELY search for 3 seconds every 3 times i went there. A pigeon would have been more useful in looking for a package. Never use them as a drop point.
