I had my IPhone 11 Pro display replaced. I am really very satisfied! Nice employees, super fast work (almost 3 hours) and only half the price of other cell phone shops! I am thrilled, I can only recommend it! ☺️☺️

Aber leider habt ihr scheinbar eine neue Mitarbeiterin eingestellt, was wohl die schlechteste Entscheidung war, die ihr für diesen shop treffen könntet. Leider völlig inkompetent und total unfreundlich. Sehr schade!
I've been coming back to this shop for a long time and I've always been thrilled. Super professional and friendly. But unfortunately you have apparently hired a new employee, which was probably the worst decision you could make for this shop. Unfortunately completely incompetent and totally unfriendly. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate that some Amazon sellers try to save costs by using phone shops to deliver their packages. They did not try to deliver the package to my home address or send me an arrival notification. For that same reason, the return of the package is also a nightmare, the shop just tells me to contact GLS without providing me a tracking number. Very responsive on the chat, but that's all. The seller asks me for a return tracking number to get a full refund which the shop cannot provide, and here is where the whole thing becomes interminate and unsolved, where the shop says contact the seller and the seller tells me to contact the shop....
