Fast jedes Mal, wenn ich mein Paket abholen möchte, muss ich am nächsten Tag kommen, weil mein Paket noch nicht da ist (auf Awizo steht- ab16:30 abholbar).Der Postman ist so faul, dass er immer eine Benachrichtigung hinterlässt, ohne zu überprüfen, ob ich zu Hause bin. Dieses Mal war mein Paket verloren. sie wollen mich überzeugen, dass der Postman es im Briefkasten gelassen hat, aber dass ist unmöglich! das Paket würde nicht in den Briefkasten passen! Diebe! it is a disaster. Almost every time I want to pick up my parcel, I have to come the next day because my parcel hasn't arrived (Awizo says it can be picked up from 4:30 p.m.). E	Eddi Weinwurm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es diese Wunder der Post-Quantenphysik nicht gäbe, also, dass man für den Postboten nie da ist obwohl man definitiv da ist, dann müsste man diesen Unort auch nicht besuchen um sein Paket aus dem schwarzen Loch des Postsystems zu bergen. So hat man das Vergnügen Samstags 30 Minuten vor unfreundlichen Beamten in der Schlange zu stehen um dann sein 10 Kilo Paket selbst nachhause zu schleppen. If these miracles of post-quantum physics didn't exist, that is, that you are never there for the postman although you are definitely there, then you wouldn't have to visit this non-location to recover your parcel from the black hole of the postal system. So you have the pleasure of standing in line for 30 minutes in front of unfriendly officials on Saturdays and then dragging your 10 kilo package home yourself.

Es ist so ärgerlich, wenn man dann drei Mal nachrufen und irgendwelche Dokumente nachsenden muss, um an den Abholcode zu kommen!!! For the second time I was not informed that a shipment was already ready at a pick-up station. It's so annoying when you have to call three times and send some documents to get the pick-up code!!!

S	Sonia Ying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female employee I spoke to can’t speak English at all (or didn’t want to) and she was very arrogant. Especially for some important information that I would like to know in English, but she didn’t care and wasn’t willing to help. So basically means foreigners are not welcome here. As an international company that delivers packages to so many different countries I’m expecting the employees speak international language as well, or at least try to help. Very disappointed!!!

Reason 1: No delivery attempt was made (I was at home all day long due to Corona crisis), then I didn't even receive a yellow note, then the package was sent back to a seller. The seller had to resend it. I wasted several weeks for this. Reason 2: Not all of them, but several employees were unkind and uncooperative to English speaking foreigner. English is a commonly spoken language in western countries and learning German doesn't really work for some people (I spend 99% of my time in English here due to my job situation). Austrian workers (not a few, rather a large number of people in my experience) should not be mad or uncooperative against foreigners who don't learn German.
