Der Scanner schafft es nicht anständig zu scannen, das Gerät zum Frankieren war gestern in einer Windowsanmeldemaske mit Passworteingabe. Ich kenn echt kein anderes Unternehmen in den letzten 2 Jahren, das es regelmäßig nicht schafft, Kleinstanforderungen zu erfüllen. The post office closes the branch on the Nußdorfer in order to then open this position with 0 functions. The scanner does not manage to scan properly, the device for franking was yesterday in a Windows login mask with password entry. P	Philip H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 4 von 5 Fällen, als ich die Frankierstation nutzen wollte, war der Briefmarkendruck nicht möglich. 2x davon war nicht einmal die Möglichkeit des eingeschriebenen Briefs möglich (andere Etikettenrolle anscheinend auch leer). Weitere Sache auf die z.B. auch nicht am Abholzettel des Pakets hingewiesen wird: Betreten der Station ist AUSSCHLIEßLICH mit Bankomat/Kreditkarte möglich, selbst tagsüber. Wenigstens ist die Frequentierung hoch genug, dass man Im Normalfall nicht lang warten muss, wenn man seine mal vergessen hat. In 4 out of 5 cases when I wanted to use the franking station, stamp printing was not possible. 2x of them not even the possibility of the registered letter was possible (other label roll apparently also empty). Another thing that is not pointed out on the parcel's pick-up slip, for example: Entering the station is ONLY possible with a debit card / credit card, even during the day. At least the frequency of use is high enough that you normally don't have to wait long if you've forgotten your times.

Jahrhundert kein Hexenwerk mehr war, scheitern in der so genannten Selbstbedienungsfiliale an diversen technischen Defekten. Danke, für die Zeit, die verlorengeht, wenn ich abends das Haus verlasse, um etwas zu erledigen und dann frustriert umkehren muss weil „Gerät derzeit defekt“, weil das andere Gerät spinnt, oder das Personal einfach vergessen hat, sich in die Anmeldemaske einzuloggen. Danke auch dafür, dass man in der „Ausweich-Filiale“, die jetzt in einer Apotheke ist (wo ApothekerInnen jetzt Postangestellte sein sollen und die Hälfte der Funktionen einer normalen Postfiliale nicht möglich ist) nicht mit Karte bezahlen kann. Toll, die Technik und das Digitale übernehmen die Arbeitsplätze der Menschen, aber Hauptsache, bezahlt wird noch wie im Mittelalter. 90% of attempts to send something that was no longer rocket science in the 19th century fail in the so-called self-service branch due to various technical defects.
