★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mega zufrieden! Beim ersten Mal war ich selber Brille schauen, ohne mich beraten zu lassen, und dachte das wird nie was. Beim zweiten Mal habe ich mich schon etwas verzagt an die Mitarbeiterin gewendet (die sich später als Filialleiterin herausstellte) und war super positiv überrascht. Nach ein wenigen Fragen hatte sie herausgefunden was mir gefällt und was nicht, hat mich bezüglich Farbe und Gesichtsform beraten und mir gezielt eine kleine Auswahl Brillen gebracht. Von denen kamen dann 5 in die engere Auswahl. Hab noch eine Nacht drüber geschlafen, meine Selfies noch ein paarmal durchgeschaut ? , und heute gekauft. Danke für die gute Beratung!
I am very satisfied! The first time I looked for glasses myself without taking any advice, and thought it would never work. The second time I turned to the employee (who later turned out to be the branch manager) a bit desperate and was very positively surprised. After a few questions, she found out what I liked and what not, advised me on color and face shape and brought me a small selection of glasses. 5 of them were then shortlisted. I slept another night, checked my selfies a few more times ?, and bought it today. Thanks for the good advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste trotz eines vereinbarten Termins vor dem Geschäft warten, da momentan nur 4 Personen das Geschäft betreten dürfen. Habe nach einer halben Stunde nachgefragt, wann ich denn nun drankomme. Antwort: Das ist leider nicht absehbar! Ich habe daher um einen Rückruf gebeten. Fazit: Bin dann nach Hause gefahren, denn nach einer Stunde hat sich immer noch keiner bei mir gemeldet. Reinste Kundenverarschung. Die Terminvereinbarung kann man sich sparen
Had to wait in front of the shop despite an agreed appointment, as only 4 people are allowed to enter the shop at the moment. After half an hour I asked when it would be my turn. Answer: Unfortunately, this is not foreseeable! So I asked for a call back. Conclusion: I then drove home, because after an hour still nobody has contacted me. Purest customer fooling. You can save yourself making an appointment
