★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis auf den einen Herren, der bei den Kühlschränken etc berät und überheblich ist, sind alle Mitarbeiter total lieb und hilfsbereit. Service Center und Kassenmitarbeiter sind einfach nur toll. Vielen Dank für die zuvorkommende Art und Weise
 Except for the one gentleman who advises on the fridges etc and is arrogant, all employees are very nice and helpful. Service center and cashiers are just great. Thank you for the courteous manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man geht ins Geschäft und möchte etwas für über € 1300 bestellen bzw. anzahlen, nach genervten Blicken von der Mitarbeiterin kommt dann die Frage : "Warum hast du es nicht online bestellt?" Genau das werde ich machen, - aber sicher nicht bei Mediamarkt.
You go to the shop and want to order or deposit something for over € 1300, after annoyed looks from the employee the question arises: "Why didn't you order it online?" That's exactly what I'll do - but certainly not at Mediamarkt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Weihnachtszeit nur ein Mitarbeiten in der Station. Habe mit kleinkind 20 minuten warten müssen!!! Wollte mich bei einem Herren mit Weißem Hemd Beschweren wo ich annahm das er der Stationsleiter ist weil er ein Mitarbeiter in Pause geschickt hat. Ich sagte das es eine frechheit ist einen mit Kleinkind Warten zu lassen und sich die anderen Leute vordrengen und der Mitarbeiter diese noch drann nimmt obwohl er mich schon lange warten sah!! Ich sagte das ich jetzt bei Amazon kaufen werde. Seine Antwort war nur (Ja tun sie das ) sonst kam nichts von ihm!! Dieser Mediamarkt ist mit Abstand der unfreundlichste und schlechteste was ich kenne. Sie brauchen sich nicht wundern wen die Leute nur mehr im Online Shop kaufen und sie Arbeitsloß werden. Das war das letzte mal das ich zum Media Markt einkaufen gehe!!!!!
Only one employee in the station during the Christmas season. I had to wait 20 minutes with the toddler! I wanted to complain to a man with a white shirt where I assumed that he is the station manager because he has sent an employee on break. I said that it was cheeky to leave you with a toddler waiting and the other people to push you in front of you and the employee still takes them although he saw me waiting for a long time! I said that I will now buy from Amazon. His answer was just (yes they do) otherwise nothing came from him !! This media market is by far the most unfriendly and worst thing I know. You don't need to be surprised if people only buy in the online shop and they get out of work. That was the last time I went to the Media Markt shopping !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mich last minute entschieden noch paar Weihnachtsgeschenke zu kaufen und via Click and Collect bestellt. Da nach 2h leider noch keine Abholbestätigung kam bin ich trotzdem schnell hingefahren.
Obwohl die Bestellung wie erwartet noch nicht bereit war, stellten mir die netten Burschen diese fix zusammen.
Danke an das junge Team, Weihnachten noch gerettet.
I decided at the last minute to buy a few more Christmas presents and ordered them via Click and Collect. Since there was no pick-up confirmation after 2 hours, I went there anyway.
Although the order wasn't ready as expected, the nice guys put it together for me.
Thanks to the young team, Christmas saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin heute das erste und auch letzte mal nach Parndorf in Mediamarkt gefahren.... Mitarbeiter Grüßen alle nett beim reinkommen ABER sobald man was fragen will bzw muss weil pro-aktiv kommt dort keiner auf dich zu, bekommt man genervte, unfreundliche und vor allem inkompetente Antworten! Man wird von einem eck ins andere geschick - zuständig für einen bestimmen Bereich, is von den gefühlten 30 Mitarbeiter, sowieso keiner! Wollten heute eigentlich einen e-scooter kaufen und sind zwecks BERATUNG in einen Mediamarkt gefahren... Da die Beratung dort aber leider unmöglich ist haben wir das Geschäft wieder verlassen ( ohne Scooter)!
Today I drove to Parndorf in Mediamarkt for the first and last time.... Employees greet everyone nicely when they come in BUT as soon as you want to or have to ask something because nobody comes up to you proactively, you get annoyed, unfriendly and above all incompetent answers! You are sent from one corner to the other - responsible for a certain area, is from what feels like 30 employees, none of them anyway! Actually wanted to buy an e-scooter today and went to a media market for ADVICE... Since the advice there is unfortunately impossible, we left the shop again (without the scooter)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was soll ich dazu sagen. Am Anfang dachte ich mir, super ein Mediamarkt in der Nähe von uns. Ich war bis jetzt noch nicht oft dort. Aber jedesmal, wenn ich etwas brauchte, war es nicht lagern. Meine Frau hatte ein Ipad bestellt (trotz Vorbestellung, laut Homepage abholbereit), leider gab es keines mehr. Ich brauchte einen Repeater und ein DVI D Kabel. Leider waren beide Artikel, trotz mehrmaligen Besuch, nicht lagernd. Es konnte mir auch kein Mitarbeiter sagen, ob die Teile bestellt sind und ob welche geliefert werden. Geschweige denn, haben die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal gewusst, was ein DVI D Kabel ist. (Ich musste es dem Mitarbeiter auf der Homepage zeigen). So gewinnt man keine Kunden. Sorry, aber da fahre ich lieber 30 MIn. nach Simmering.
What can I say. At first I thought, a media market near us would be great. I haven't been there often until now. But every time I needed something, it wasn't in stock. My wife had ordered an Ipad (although it was pre-ordered, according to the website it was ready for collection), unfortunately there were none left. I needed a repeater and a DVI D cable. Unfortunately, both items were not in stock, despite repeated visits. No employee was able to tell me whether the parts had been ordered and whether any were being delivered. Let alone, the employees didn't even know what a DVI D cable is. (I had to show it to the employee on the homepage). That's not how you get customers. Sorry, but I'd rather drive 30 minutes. to Simmering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wichtig - lesen! Schade dass sich die Marktmitarbeiter überhaupt nicht auskennen. Habe etwas Vorort bestellt und bezahlt. Bei der Bestellung brauchten sie bereits Hilfe. Ich habe gehört online gibt's immer wieder schwierigkeiten deshalb lieber Vorort. Ich soll 8 Tage danach anrufen wegen einen Termin wenn es angekommen ist weil geliefert werden soll. Es hat mich innerhalb von 3 Tagen ab dem Tag an dem gesagt wurde ich soll da anrufen, hat niemand zurück gerufen und ich habe es mehrmals versucht auch dann per E-Mail. Bin hingefahren dann hieß es es ist nicht lieferbar. Auf die Frage warum ich keine Benachrichtigung oder einen Anruf bekommen habe kam dass sie selbst keine Benachrichtigung erhalten, nur wenn die Bestellung da ist aber nicht wenn sie nicht geliefert werden kann. DAS Entscheidende war ich hatte Glück da ich innerhalb der 14 Tage Frist dort war. Ich bekam mein Geld zurück. Lieber alles Vorort und ohne Lieferung.
Important - read! It's a shame that the store employees don't know their way around at all. Ordered and paid for something on site. They already needed help with the order. I've heard online that there are always difficulties, so prefer to go on-site. I am supposed to call 8 days later for an appointment when it has arrived because it is to be delivered. It got me within 3 days of the day I was told to call, nobody called back and I tried several times via email. I went there then it was said that it is not available. When asked why I did not receive a notification or a call, you received no notification yourself, only if the order is there but not if it cannot be delivered. THE decisive thing was I was lucky because I was there within 14 days. I got my money back. Better to do everything on site and without delivery.
