Noch nie bin ich bei einem Optiker so gut beraten worden. Ich habe dann gleich an meine Freunde, Visitkarten verteilt und hoffe, dass viele Leute zu Ihnen kommen. Aber ich glaube auch der Platz ist sehr gut, man kann parken, wo kann man das heute noch und es ist so nahe von dem Bahnhof. Vor allem ist die Beratung einmalig. Then I have distributed to my friends, visit cards and hope many People come to you. F	Frank Jonas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Notfall! Aus Versehen wurde ein Titanflex Gestell zerdrückt. Der Rahmen hat das locker überlebt. Leider die eine ( und wie sich später herausstellte die 2. auch) Schraube des einen Bügels nicht. Natürlich an einem Samstag Morgen! Die gebrochene Schraube war in Teilen noch in den Gewinden verblieben. Nach dem 3. Versuch in einer Ketten Filiale (3 Ketten - hier gibt es in der Umgebung seltsam viele Opitker?) Dann bei Herrn Holkovic angerufen. Telef. Zumindest die Zusage bekommen das er es versucht. Die Filial Mitarbeiter hatten entweder direkt abgelehnt oder angeboten es am MONTAG einzuschicken. ? Vor Ort bei Hr. Holkovic: ein prüfender Blick gefolgt von der Aussage das krieg ich hin. Geht mal 15 min spazieren. Nach 15 min wieder vor Ort. Brille OHNE ausbohren repariert. Sogar den dabei überprüften 2. Bügel die defekte Schraube ausgetauscht. Kosten: 5€ für die Kaffekasse? DAS IST HANDWERK! An emergency! By mistake, a Titanflex frame was crushed. The frame has easily survived. Unfortunately, the one (and as later turned out the 2nd) screw of a strap not. Of course, on a Saturday morning! The broken screw was still partially in the threads remained. After the 3rd attempt in a chain branch (3 chains - here there are strangely many Opitker? in the area) Then I called Mr Holkovic. Telef. k	kathleen hillinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zuerst bei "Pearl" wo man mich in gebrochenem Deutsch begrüßt hat und mich gebeten hat langsamer zu sprechen (ich spreche sehr schönes hochdeutsch und wirklich nicht schnell!). Als ich meinen Wunsch nun langsamer geäußert habe wusste der Herr nicht, was ich wollte und da kein (gut) deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter da war hat man mich gebeten am Nachmittag wieder zu kommen. So hab ich also einen zweiten Optiker ausfindig gemacht. Bereits am Telefon klang der Herr sehr freundlich und kompetent. Als ich dann dort war wurde ich sehr freundlich begrüßt und musste nicht warten. Sofort hat er mir angeboten, dass er sämtliche Tests usw mit mir macht, obwohl er ab 12:00 eigentlich geschlossen hat (es war zu dem Zeitpunkt ca 11:55 Uhr). Schlussendlich habe ich jemanden gefunden der mir helfen konnte und auch wusste, was ich brauche. Kann diesen Optiker nur jedem ans Herz legen Was first at "Pearl" where they greeted me in broken German and asked me to speak more slowly (I speak very nice standard German and really not fast!). When I expressed my wish more slowly, the gentleman did not know what I wanted and since there was no (good) German-speaking employee there, I was asked to come back in the afternoon. So I found a second optician. The gentleman sounded very friendly and competent on the phone. When I was there I was greeted very friendly and didn't have to wait. He immediately offered me to do all the tests etc. with me, even though he actually closed at 12:00 (it was about 11:55 at the time). In the end I found someone who could help me and also knew what I need. Can only recommend this optician to everyone
