 Very friendly staff, great service - already bought 2 glasses and picked up after 1 hour with new glasses. Very happy to continue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist die einzige Wutscher Filiale welche mit Verkaufsmaschen Leuten falsche Gläser andrehen!!ich habe Gläser zum Autofahren bestellt die gibts jetzt neu damit der Gegenverkehr nicht blendet um 178 Euro pro Glas rein gegeben wurde mir bei Überprüfung da ich keine Veränderung merkte das billigste Glas um 99 Euro!!!! Es ist eine Frechheit das solche Mitarbeiter die nur auf ihre Provision schauen bei einem Optiker arbeiten dürfen immerhin geht es hier um die Augen von Menschen!!!NIE WIEDER!!
This is the only Wutscher branch which sales people wrong glasses turn on !! I have glasses for driving ordered that is now new so that oncoming traffic is not blind to 178 euros per glass was given to me in review because I did not change the cheapest glass around 99 euros !!!! It is a joke that such employees who look only on their commission to work at an optometrist, after all, it is here about the eyes of people !!! NEVER AGAIN !!

Ich habe vor einem Monat eine Brille gekauft und wollte diese, heute am 23.03.2021 umtauschen.
Leider, mir wurde von der Filialleiter alles erschwert.
Alleine seine Art und Weise von Anfang bis Ende völlig daneben gewesen.
Wir werden nie wieder hingehen und werden alle unseren Freundeskreis erzählen und abraten.
Volle Frechheit!!! Betrüger

I bought glasses a month ago and wanted to exchange them today on March 23rd, 2021.
Unfortunately, the branch manager made everything difficult for me.
Alone his manner was completely wrong from start to finish.
