★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkäufer sehr nett, Beratung nicht kundenfreundlich. Keine Info, dass kein Umtausch (trotz Originalverpackung und nicht geöffnet) akzeptiert wird. Wollte Handy auf gleiche Marke mit größerem Speicher, gegen Aufzahlung, tauschen. Schade, werde in keinem A1 Shop mehr kaufen. Im Onlineshop 14 Tage Rückgabe oder Tausch möglich.
 Seller very nice, advice not customer-friendly. No information that no exchanges will be accepted (despite the original packaging and not opened). Wanted to swap the cell phone to the same brand with a larger memory for an additional charge. It's a shame, I won't buy any more A1 shops. Return or exchange possible in the online shop for 14 days.
