Im Gegensatz zum regulären Optiker wurden alle von der Krankenkasse möglichen Förderungen einkalkuliert und entsprechend günstig viel die Brille aus obwohl sie gleich konfiguriert wurde. We have obtained a second offer for children's glasses here. In contrast to the regular optician all possible subsidies were calculated by the health insurance and cheap enough the glasses although they were configured the same.

Ich bin von podersdorf nach neusiedl gefahren um mir ein Ladegerät Typ C zu kaufen und habe den Verkäufer gefragt ob da ein Adapter für eine Steckdose dabei wäre anstatt mir eine aufschlussreiche Antwort zu geben bringt mehr der inkompetente Herr 3 verschiedene Objekte und sagte dass das die Sachen sei dich ich brauchte. Natürlich wusste ich die Preise nicht. Insgesamt hatte es 35 € ausgemacht ich wusste nicht mal was ich da kaufte das war reine abzocke. Ich würde niemanden empfehlen dort hinzugehen. I drove from Podersdorf to Neusiedl to buy a type C charger and asked the seller if there was an adapter for a socket instead of giving me an informative answer, the incompetent gentleman brought 3 different objects and said that the things be you i needed Of course, I didn't know the prices. In total it was 35 € I didn't even know what I was buying that was a rip off. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Best regards A dissatisfied consumer

Das Einzige, das mich bei einer Dame gestört hat, dass sie mit ihren Fingern beim Erklären ständig auf das Display meiner neuen Kamera draufgegriffen hat und jetzt schon Fettflecken drauf sind. (Von mir sind es keine, denn ich hatte bis jetzt LCD-Displays, wo draufgreifen sowieso nicht schlecht ist.) Aber ansonsten bin ich hier recht zufrieden gewesen. The team here takes a lot of time to consult, which I really like. The only thing that bothered me with a lady is that she uses her fingers when explaining constantly on the display of my new camera has seized and now there are grease stains on it. (They're not mine, because I've had LCD displays so far, which is not bad anyway.) But otherwise I have been quite satisfied here.
T	Theresa Mueller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie alle Hartlauer Filialen, in denen ich bisher Kundin gewesen bin (von Bregenz über etliche in Tirol und hier in Neusiedl) sind die Mitarbeiter hoch motiviert, gut geschult und äußerst hilsbereit. Auch außerhalb ihres Arbeitsbereiches zeigten sie sich sehr engagiert, wenn ihre Kollegen beschäftigt waren. Egal, ob ich eine neue Brille brauchte, ein Hörgerät oder mich wegen Handy und -Zubehör erkundigt habe. Und als ältere nicht tech-affine Frau fand ich ihre Geduld und Verständnis für meine Fragen sehr wohltuend. Ich fühle mich dort immer gut aufgehoben und sehr gut und objektiv beraten. Keiner will einem etwas aufschwatzen, nur um Provision zu kassieren (Ich glaube, sie bekommen entweder keine oder werden gut bezahlt) Das Betriebsklima ist auf jeden Fall sehr kollegial. Die Preise sind auch mehr als nur fair. Und auch falls bei Amazon etwas bisschen billiger sein sollte, gehe ich trotzdem immer lieber zu Hartlauer. Da habe ich Menschen und kann die Sachen in die Hand nehmen. Falls was nicht passt oder repariert werden muss, kann ich jederzeit Jemanden dort kontaktieren und hingehen. Gut, dass immer ein Hartlauer in nächster Nähe ist. Like all Hartlauer branches in which I have been a customer so far (from Bregenz to several in Tyrol and here in Neusiedl) the employees are highly motivated, well trained and extremely helpful. Outside of their work area, they were also very committed when their colleagues were busy. No matter whether I needed new glasses, a hearing aid or asked about a cell phone and accessories. And as an older, non-tech-savvy woman, I found her patience and understanding for my questions very beneficial. I always feel that I am in good hands there and given very good and objective advice. Nobody wants to talk you into something just to collect a commission (I think they either don't get any or are well paid). The working atmosphere is definitely very friendly. The prices are also more than fair. And even if something is a bit cheaper at Amazon, I still prefer to go to Hartlauer. There I have people and I can take things in hand. If something doesn't fit or needs to be repaired, I can always contact someone there and go there. It's good that there's always a Hartlauer nearby.
