★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute 15 Minuten vor Ladenschluss im Geschäft, da meine Brille auf der einen Seite runterhang. Zuerst kam der Lehrling der beim 10. mal es noch immer nicht schaffte die Brille gerade zurichten. Danach bat er den Kollegen der angeblich schon ein paar Jahre mehr Erfahrung hat um Unterstützung. Vorerst dachte ich es würde alles passen und zu meiner Zufriedenheit sein als ich das Geschäft verließ. Doch danach drückte mich die Brille so sehr auf die Nase, sodass ich nochmals in die Filiale reingehen musste. Als Lösung gegen das Drücken hat mehr der Herr mit ein paar Jahre Erfahrung mehr, der auch übrigens nur gebrochen Deutsch sprechen konnte, (einen links und einen rechts) Plastiknoppen auf die Fassung wo die Nase aufliegt, hingeklebt. Als ich dann wieder im Auto saß und beim Fahren bemerkte, dass ich auf einmal Kopfschmerzen bekam und mir mein linkes Auge wehtat, musste ich stehenbleiben. Zuhause bin ich dann draufgekommen was der Grund dafür ist. Der nette Herr Optiker mit Erfahrung hat mir den Rand der Brille soweit nach hintengebogen, sodass der Abstand vom Auge zum Glas nicht mehr passte. (habe eine Gleitsichtbrille und Dioptrien) Aus diesem Grund werde ich mich hüten dort nochmals hinzugehen!!! Ich würde dieses Geschäft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! Schade, dass man keinen Stern vergeben kann, hätten es wirklich verdient!!!
 I was in the shop 15 minutes before closing time because my glasses were hanging down on one side. First came the apprentice who was still unable to straighten the glasses at the 10th time. He then asked for support from the colleague who was said to have a few years more experience. For now, I thought everything would be fine and to my satisfaction when I left the shop. But afterwards the glasses pressed so hard on my nose that I had to go back into the branch. As a solution to the pressure, the gentleman with a few years of experience, who by the way could only speak broken German, stuck (one on the left and one on the right) plastic knobs on the frame where the nose rests. When I was back in the car and noticed when driving that I suddenly got a headache and my left eye hurt, I had to stop. At home I figured out what the reason is. The nice gentleman optician with experience bent the edge of the glasses back so far that the distance from the eye to the glass no longer fit. (I have varifocals and diopters) For this reason I will be careful not to go there again !!! I would definitely not recommend this shop! Too bad that you can not give a star, really deserve it!

In Italien wurde das Team fündig und so wurde für mich passend meine Wunschbrille zusammen gebaut. Auch meine Lese und Gleitsichtbrillen passen perfekt. Preis Leistung ist Top. Ich komme wieder.
Super friendly competent team. I needed slightly longer temples for my RAY BAN sunglasses. In Italy, the team found what they were looking for and so the glasses I wanted were assembled to fit me. My reading and varifocal glasses also fit perfectly. Price performance is top. I'll be back.
