★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the worst MediaMarkt store I have ever been to. Empty shelves, rude employees, outdated store layout. I bought an iron, then took it back few days later, when I opened the box and found out, that it was sold to me broken. I waited 20 minutes at the service desk, then the employee told me I must have broken the iron myself, they will not give back any money and go home. In the end, after 10 minutes of arguing, I got a gift card from them. Never come to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went there to buy a mobile phone but i end up being entertained with a salesperson who is very rude. As the conversation proceeds the salesman instead of being nice to customers was asking me if i understand how to speak german or understand what he is saying about...which is very insulting even though i am already speaking with him in german. I don't understand how a person would treat such customers like that. Very very bad for the company. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once Upon a Time this place was a good place for shopping now they are only behind your money and they don't care about the product they sell they don't even accept the warranty they give it to you I bought the phone and the phone have problem after 6 months my phone start getting crack in the screen with no reasons after returning phone and ask for fixing they asked for money to fix the failure which is is InDesign and it's have nothing to do with me ...unbelievable ..this is going to happen when one shop have everything in they hand and they get hold in Austria Market ..that's why they think they can do whatever they want with you because there is nobody bigger than them in market.... such a shame
