Es wird nicht zwanghaft versucht, unrealistische Budgetgrenzen einzuhalten, sondern ehrlich mit dem Kunden umgegangen. Wer Qualität will und anstrebt, langfristig mit der gefundenen Lösung zufrieden zu sein, der kommt hier her. Ich hörte ein Gespräch mit einem anderen Kunden mit, in dem erklärt wurde, dass man derzeit noch keine kabellosen Kopfhörer im Sortiment habe, weil bisher noch keiner klanglich Überzeugt hatte. Das nenne ich mal Eier in der Hose haben und zu seinen Prinzipien stehen! Hier wird einem nichts angedreht, hier wird mit Herzblut beraten. Wer sich darüber aufregt, dass ihm Naim empfohlen wird, ist meiner Meinung nach in diesem Hobby falsch! They really know their way around here and the focus is on the sound. There is no compulsive attempt to adhere to unrealistic budget limits, but rather the customer is dealt with honestly. Anyone who wants quality and strives to be satisfied with the solution found in the long term comes here. I overheard a conversation with another customer, in which it was explained that there are currently no wireless headphones in their range because none of them had been convincing in terms of sound yet. That's what I call having balls in your pants and sticking to your principles! Nothing is screwed on here, advice is given with passion. Anyone who is upset about being recommended Naim is, in my opinion, wrong in this hobby!
