Steinbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab hier schon viele Reisen schnell und zufrieden gebucht und genossen, ausser 2 x vielleicht von 10 oder so , allerdings war ich in einem Fall selber schuld da ich nicht auf Storno Möglichkeiten geachtet hab einen Luxus Urlaub verschenken musste, ärgert mich ewig wahrscheinlich , hätte ich besser wo spenden sollen und das 2 x wurde sich im Urlaub bestens darum gekümmert , eine andere Unterkunft zu finden , denn das was angedacht war, war unmöglich zumutbar , aber sonst alle reisen , gute Beratung, schnelle Abwicklung immer sehr zu Frieden gewesen Have already booked and enjoyed many trips here quickly and satisfied, except 2 x maybe of 10 or so, but in one case it was my own fault because I did not pay attention to cancellation options and had to give away a luxury vacation, probably annoying me forever, I would have better where to donate and the 2 x was taken care of on vacation to find another accommodation, because what was planned was impossible, but otherwise everyone travel, good advice, quick processing was always very peaceful

Ich wollte mich in dieser schwierigen Corona-Zeite beim ganzem Team bedanken, besonders Frau N. Salomon hat sich um meine Anliegen sehr bemüht. Man wird als Kunde sehr geschätzt. Ich habe leider stornieren müssen (ich habe auch Stornogebühren bezahlt) .Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder in dieses Reisebüro, hier beginnt (vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr) für mich bereits der Urlaub!
