★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at Vienna airport on a Saturday, only to find that my laptop's screen had not survived the flight. It looked fine at first sight, but turned out to be cracked.
As I had an important appointment on Monday, I tried to reach several computer repair places in Vienna, but no luck, until I called these guys. They told me to come by right away, and if the had the replacement screen, I would be able to pick it up on the next day (Sunday!).
I got there, left my laptop, and a few hours later I got a call - they were able to fix it, and the price was better than I expected. I picked my laptop up on the Sunday, and was all set for my appointment.
Have sent friends there already, and will definitely go back if I have any other problems with my computer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this person(I am not sure even if I should call him a person) is the last person you might want to trust.
He promised to give me a component, but gave me a cheaper one instead. I would have canceled the deal if I knew that he is not going to give me that but he will not give you the option to cancel. The worth of the components I bought from him was around 100 euros altogether. He charged me 300 euros, which means he got 200 euros just for the service!
He promised to give the laptop back in 1 or 2 weeks, but it took 16 days for him to give it back.
And be warned if you still want to deal with him. He will not give you the conventional legal contract. Instead he will write whatever he wants on a paper, and asks you to sign, and he himself wouldn't sign it. ONE SIDED!
He didn't give me any paper so I can prove my laptop is with him, and when I went to his place to take my laptop back he was unwilling to show me if the laptop is fixed. He wanted me to give him all the money, before I check if my laptop is fixed!!!

The diagnostic was every time very transparent, and nothing was done without me being informed first or without my confirmation.
Every single time my computer problems have been solved relatively quickly and cheaply, so I can only recommend this company to everyone who has any kind of computer problems!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! This business is a scam, I was charged 80 euros for a consultation that resulted in my computer being returned to me in a worse condition than when I sent it in for repair, and my 1tb hard-drive with all of its data has been maliciously deleted by this provider.
After visiting this business, and paying over 80 euros for a consultation, I received my pc in a non-working state, in worse condition than when I delivered it for inspection. I was quoted either a complete motherboard replacement service for 450 euro, or a "data recovery" service for 250 euros.
However, I recently had a technical friend of mine look at this laptop, after I recovered it from the shop (I didn't decide to pay for either of the above expensive "services"). And my laptop is in proper working condition, except that several of the cables were left disconnected and the harddrive has been formatted with years worth of vacation and family photos deleted on return to me.
