Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt auch kein anderer Kunde vor Ort, deshalb gab es auch keine Wartezeit. I gave my equipment back because of a cancellation. The colleague of UPC was very friendly and the handling of my case was very fast. There was no other customer at the time, so there was no waiting time.
G	Güllü Saglam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann und ich wollten vor kurzem unsere Verträge verlängern. Allerdings sind wir von der Kundenbetreuung mehr als nur enttäuscht. Wir mussten nicht nur mehr als eine Stunde warten sondern wurden auch von den Mitarbeitern angepöbelt als wir sie darauf hinwiesen, den Mindestabstand einzuhalten und ihre Maske zu tragen als einer der Mitarbeiter uns ins Gesicht nieste. Der Filialleiter war auch kein Stück besser und benahm sich wie ein Kleinkind. Ich würde jedem abraten dorthin zu gehen und stattdessen seine Verträge anderwertig abzuschließen. My husband and I recently wanted to renew our contracts. However, we are more than disappointed with the customer service. Not only did we have to wait more than an hour, but we were also harassed by the staff when we told them to keep the minimum distance and to wear their mask when one of the staff sneezed in our face. The store manager wasn't a bit better either and acted like a toddler. I would advise anyone to go there and instead sign their contracts for something else.

Wir haben ein Internetpaket mit Router bei Ihnen ausgewählt mit 75MBit, doch stattdessen läuft unseres Internet mit 1MBit seit mehr als einem Monat. Wir waren bei Ihnen uns zu beschweren und eine Lösung zu finden. Die neue Lösung wird teuerer und auch das schlechte Internet müssen wir noch in dem anderen Monat bezahlen! Obwohl wir noch immer keins haben, weil sie unseren Termin mit dem Installateur falsch ausgemacht haben. We are immensely disappointed! We have selected an Internet package with a router with 75MBit for you, but instead our Internet has been running with 1MBit for more than a month. We were at your place to complain and find a solution. The new solution will be more expensive and we will also have to pay for the bad internet in the other month! Although we still don't have one because they made our appointment with the installer wrong.
