I had a serious logic board problem that required hours of microsoldering, replacing chips, testing, and all kinds of other complicated stuff that I have no clue about. It end up costing 500 Euros but saved me thousands if I would've had to buy a new Mac or even buy a new Logic board. Seems like they do really careful work. And after all that, if they can't get your computer running well, you only pay 50 Euros which is fair. And then there's a one month warranty for everything to work. Mine's running smooth and fast now, and with all my data saved, so I'm very happy!!!

Visited the 1st time 3 years ago - in the middle of a nervous breakdown (my laptop, containing my life and work, just died on me before going on holidays. & I mean it when I say nervous breakdown…) Since then I personally have been there with 3 different laptops (& issues) and 2 of my friends from NY had to go there during their business trips. (The 2 guys are still gushing over the service & complaining about it not being available in NY.) I can only say this is the best service I got. & I experienced 3 different places in Vienna. A. you get your issue explained comprehensively. B. a list of solutions is being offered (& explained!) with it’s costs listed. C. Communication was top. I was regularly updated about the progress. D. It doesn’t hurt that the guy there is super nice and apparently remembers every client/machine with its problem besides having an insane knowledge of the whole field in general. plus they are the cheapest - from my experience. Knowing how crucial problem solving in this area can be, I could not recommend anyone else in good conscience.

After I realized what the issue was, I took it in right away and it was fixed in just over an hour. Back home with a quiet Macbook Pro and I would definitely go back if anything else pops up!
