K	K. Staffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diesen Shop absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen. Um eine defekte SIM-Karte austauschen zu lassen muss extra der Vertragsinhaber mitkommen, darf dann allerdings nicht gleichzeitig mit in den Shop kommen, obwohl zur gleichen Zeit nur ein weiterer Kunde im Geschäft war und die maximale Kundenanzahl von 5 längst nicht erreicht. Anschließend wurden von zwei Mitarbeitern unterschiedliche Informationen über die Kosten einer Vertragsübernahme verbreitet. Einmal kostet es 50€, dann wieder nichts, wenn es online gemacht wird. Und schließlich kannte sich der Mitarbeiter mit seinem eigenen Computer nicht aus und steckte wahllos Stecker um. Die digitale Unterschrift klappte dann auch nicht. Zudem ist das Setup im Shop eher kundenfeindlich. Als Kunde sieht man den Verkäufer hinter rießigen Monitoren garnicht. Und um etwas auszudrucken rennen die Mitarbeiter quer durch den Laden I can absolutely NOT recommend this shop. In order to have a defective SIM card exchanged, the contract holder has to come along, but may not come into the shop at the same time, although only one other customer was in the shop at the same time and the maximum number of customers of 5 is nowhere near. Then two employees disseminated different information about the cost of taking over a contract. One time it costs 50 €, then again nothing if it is done online. And finally the employee was not familiar with his own computer and plugged in at random. The digital signature didn't work either. In addition, the setup in the shop is rather customer-hostile. As a customer you can't see the seller behind huge monitors. And to print something, the employees run across the shop
B	Brigitte Wiesner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War erstaunt, mussten nicht lange warten, der Mann der uns beraten hat war sehr sehr nett und er hatte gutes Fachwissen, er war für uns eine große Hilfe ! ? Was amazed, didn't have to wait long, the man who advised us was very, very nice and he had good expertise, he was a great help for us! ?
S	Stanisa Ilic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Handyangebote. Nur Iphone, Samsung und ein paar ältere und schwächere Xiaomi-Modelle (keine Xiaomi Flagship modelle). In den letzten Jahren sind viele andere Marken erschienen, wie zB Vivo (zB X70 und X70 pro, Oppo, ...). Als Magenta-Stammkunde bin ich also dazu verdammt, mich meistens zwischen einem Samsung und einem iPhone zu entscheiden. Ich komme nicht oft in die Geschäft weil ich 90% der Dinge online mache, aber jedes mal wenn ich war da, es war längere wartezeit. Very bad mobile phone deals. Only Iphone, Samsung and a few older and weaker Xiaomi models (no Xiaomi flagship models). In the last few years many other brands have appeared, such as Vivo (e.g. X70 and X70 pro, Oppo, ...). As a regular Magenta customer, I'm doomed to choose between a Samsung and an iPhone most of the time. I don't come into business very often because I do 90% of things online, but every time I've been there has been a long wait.
M	Michael Gehmacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, keine Frage! Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Unternehmen Magenta selbst. Ich bin dort seit UPC-Zeiten Businesskunde und bedauere das mittlerweile sehr. Es gibt so gut wie keinen erreichbaren technischen Support mehr, 2 Tage keinen Internetzugang ist für den Business-Bereich unzumutbar. Ich rate jedem, der das Internet geschäftlich benötigt, von Magenta die Finger zu lassen, denen ist der Kunde völlig egal. Friendly and helpful staff, no question about it! The rating refers to the company Magenta itself. I've been a business customer there since the UPC times and now I regret it very much. There is practically no available technical support anymore, 2 days without internet access is unreasonable for the business sector. I advise anyone who needs the Internet for business to keep their hands off Magenta, they don't care about the customer.

A	Alexander Forster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Installationstermin wurde mir ein falscher Router gebracht. Der neue Router den ich im Shop geholt habe wurde trotz Zusicherung nicht aktiviert. Es waren 4 Telefonate(mit je 30min Wartezeit) notwendig bis er dann endlich aktiviert wurde. Der Router (Fritzbox 6660)hat dann nicht richtig funktioniert an der Ps5, Wlan abbrueche ohne Ende(egal was fuer ein Endgerät). Dann kam ein Techniker, der sagte mir er koenne nichts machen, dass ist ein Problem fuer den IT Support-dieser wuerde sich gleich in den nächsten Tagen melden. Hat sich immer noch keiner gemeldet. Jetzt ist der Router komplett ausgefallen, funktioniert gar nicht mehr. Also nächster Anruf gemacht.. Jetzt kann ich wieder ein paar Tage warten bis ich überhaupt einen Router habe. Unglaublich wirklich. The wrong router was brought to me at the installation date. The new router that I got from the shop was not activated despite the promise. 4 phone calls (each with a 30-minute waiting time) were necessary before it was finally activated. The router (Fritzbox 6660) then didn't work properly on the Ps5, Wlan crashes without end (no matter what kind of terminal). Then a technician came who told me he couldn't do anything, that's a problem for IT support - they would get back to me in the next few days. Still no one reported. Now the router has completely failed, no longer works at all. So next call made. Now I can wait a few days until I even have a router. Incredible really.

Dann gibt es keine vordränglerei beim warten, bis man drankommt!! Ei fach nur super der Media Markt von Magenta UPC und T-mobile, das ist alles aus einer Hand in nur einer Firma!! The shop is very nicely designed and divided. Good system with the machine to pull the waiting number. Then there is no queue waiting for your turn!! Just super the Media Markt from Magenta UPC and T-mobile, that's all from a single source in just one company!
