V	Veronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war das erste mal hier. Es wurde sehr Professionell gearbeitet. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Leider saß neben meiner Dame eine Junge Frau und diese haben permanent geredet. Wenn es wenigstens Deutsch gewesen wäre. Dann hätte ich 75 min wenigstens zuhören können. Ich als Kunde bekam nur Handzeichen. Ich fühlte mich überhaupt nicht wohl. Und bitte überarbeitet die Preise auf eurer HP! Im Laden ist alles rund 10 Euro teurer. Ich war einmal zum auffüllen dort. Ich dachte das ich die Nägel ohne Farbe in Natur möchte. Man lachte und zeigte auf eine Farbpalette mit den Worten die sind alle Natur. Für das auffüllen habe ich gleich viel bezahlt wie für das neu machen. Ich persönlich finde 65 Euro für das auffüllen zu viel. Auch gehen die Damen davon aus dass man sich auskennt ich kenne mich nicht aus und das nutzen Sie aus. I was here for the first time. It was worked very professionally. As far as I can tell. Bin gespannt wie lange die Nägel halten. Preislich finde ich das auch etwas gewagt für so eine Abfertigung. Und als Nachtrag. Die Nägel meiner Tochter haben keine 2 Wochen gehalten. Von daher. Sicher nie wieder hier hin. First impression. Bad. You don't speak German! The boss is now also making no move for professional advice. I'm curious how long the nails will last. In terms of price, I find that a bit daring for such a handling. And as an addendum. My daughter's nails didn't last 2 weeks. Therefore. Definitely never going back here.

I went there for gelish removal, the girl who attended me look annoyed because she had to work for 30 mi just 1 hr before the closing time, she was pulling my hands, super careless, she hurried me and peeled too deep with her tool in some parts of my nails, in other parts she left a bit of the old varnish, she never asked me what shape I wanted for my nails in the manicure and in general was a very bad and painful experience. I went there to pay for a professional and good way to get the gel off my nails and what I got was the opposite, they destroyed and weakened my nails. Of course I will never go back there or recommend them at all.
