 Absolutely thrilled! Impromptuly brought by cellphone today at 12 to exchange the charging socket ... Picked up cellphone again at 6pm! Quickly clean and the price was right ... Staff is also very friendly! I can only recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Paketshop nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent! Ist während der Geschäftszeiten nicht erreichbar obwohl das Licht an ist! 2 mal war ich da für ein Paket! Wie oft soll ich für eine Paketabholung vorbeikommen? Wenn nach längerem Warten, vordem Geschäft, er sich blicken lässt - gibts irgendwelche Argumente und drohungen von wegen er muss mir das Paket ja nicht aushändigen! Er kann ja behaupten das Lesegerät funktioniert nicht usw......
Not recommended as a parcel shop. Very rude and incompetent! Cannot be reached during business hours even though the light is on! 2 times I was there for a package! How often should I come by for a package pickup? If, after a long wait, in front of the shop, he shows up - are there any arguments and threats because he doesn't have to hand the package over to me! He can claim the reader doesn't work, etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly dismal performance. Terrible front desk communications, incorrect diagnosis, the list goes on and on. This company did not contact me on a single occasion over the 6 months it took for them to FAIL to repair my iPhone 6 plus with unresponsive display. Delivered March 2019, collected, still faulty, September 2019 having been charged Euro 120,00 for having my time wasted. The technician was always off sick, on holiday or otherwise unavailable, and my advice is to avoid this place at all costs. Quite simply the worst customer service that I have experienced anywhere. At the end of this nightmare I have a completely unusable iPhone 6 plus, and a refund was refused. What more can I say ? Just find somewhere else with a good reputation.
