Unfortunately, no call back when calling and you have to be careful in front of the office ladies! Very impolite!!!!!!!! Not recommended ?

Und deshalb Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler ausgebaut hat weil es angeblich nötig war
Obwohl voriges Mal auch jemand von dieser Firma denn vorigen Herd ganz normal angeschlossen hat für 36euro!!
Ausrede war vorher war fasst nichts drin in der Küche blöd nur das ich alles so Bein Einzug schon übernommen habe und das alles Geschirrspüler+Kühlschrank schon bei meinen Einzug vor 5Jahren gleich steht
Hab immer dort angerufen wenn was war aber das ist jetzt vorbei kann dir Firma überhaupt nicht mehr empfehlen das war eine Frechheit!!

And therefore removed the refrigerator and dishwasher because it was supposedly necessary
Although last time someone from this company connected the previous stove as normal for 36euro !!
The excuse was before that there was nothing in the kitchen, just stupid that I have already taken over everything so when I moved in and that everything dishwasher + refrigerator was the same when I moved in 5 years ago
I always called there when something happened but that's over now, I can't recommend the company to you anymore that was a cheek!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG: Wenn das Büro sagt sie rufen zurück, rufen sie nie zurück kann man monatelang warten!
Nach Neuauftrag monatelang keine Reaktion. Nach Rückfrage sei der Auftrag angeblich nicht vorhanden. Wieder ein neuer Auftrag wieder keine Rückmeldung für ein Monat. Nach Besichtigung vor Ort war die Lösung so nicht möglich, es müsste was bestellt werden. Wieder 3 Monate ohne Rückmeldung/Status vergangen. Ganz ehrlich wenn ich das privat machen lasse ist das nach einer Woche erledigt. Echt nicht zu empfehlen. Vielleicht solltet ihr das Büropersonal mal schulen damit keine Aufträge "verloren" gehen.
ATTENTION: If the office says you call back, never call back you can wait for months!
No response for months after a new order. After a query, the order was allegedly not available. Another new order again no response for a month. After an on-site inspection, the solution was not possible, something would have to be ordered. Another 3 months have passed without feedback / status. In all honesty, if I let it be done privately, it's done after a week. Really not to be recommended. Maybe you should train the office staff so that no orders are "lost".
