Zwei Mitarbeiter gingen mehrmals grußlos an mir vorbei. Nach 10 Minuten verließ ich laut grüßend das Geschäft, leider ohne Antwort. Ich muss sagen, wir sind seit Jahren Kunden dieses Betriebes, weil es uns wichtig ist, heimische Familienunternehmen zu unterstützen. Wir schaun da auch nicht auf jeden Euro. Aber dieses Verhalten hat mich echt verärgert! Standing 10 minutes in the shop, the boss sat behind his glass wall with a view to the customer counter, he did not find it worthy to greet me, let alone to ask for my request. Two employees passed me several times without a word of greeting. After 10 minutes I left the store loudly, unfortunately without an answer. I have to say that we have been customers of this business for years because it is important to us to support domestic family businesses. We also do not look at every euro. But this behavior really annoyed me!

Lieber bei einem österreichischen Unternehmen als bei Amazon und co. Everything worked out great. From the order to the delivery and also the complaint would be handled quickly and positively. Better to work with an Austrian company than with Amazon and co.
