★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten unseren Hundai Tucson bei einem anderen Händler gekauft, waren auch dort sehr zufrieden. Nach einem Reifenwechsel hatten wir jedoch ein kleines Problem mit "Reifendruck /- update" Wir sind zur nächstgelegenen Werkstatt, das war die Fa.Lietz in Urfahr gefahren, wo dieses Problem sofort und kostenfrei als "Kundenservice" behoben wurde, obwohl wir noch nie in dieser Werkstatt waren. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ist auch von der Wegstrecke für uns als "Urfahraner" am nähesten gelegen. Jetzt war unser 3 - Jahresservice fällig und wir sind genauso positiv überzeugt dass es auch in Zukunft unsere Vertrauenswerkstatt sein wird. Ausschlaggebend dass wir uns beim Service für Lietz Urfahr entschieden haben war das Entgegenkommen und die Kundenfreundlichkeit auf Grund unserer Erfahrung vor einem Jahr, eben diesem bereits erwähnten "Kundenservice". Man fühlt sich willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team und bitte "g`sund bleiben" und weiterhin so kundenfreundlich und korrekt!
 We bought our Hundai Tucson from another dealer and were very satisfied there too. After a tire change we had a little problem with "tire pressure / update". We drove to the nearest workshop, that was the Lietz company in Urfahr, where this problem was fixed immediately and free of charge as "customer service", although we had never been to this workshop were. All employees very friendly and accommodating. It is also the closest of the route for us as "Urfahraner". Now our 3 - year service was due and we are just as positive that it will continue to be our trusted workshop in the future. The decisive factor that we opted for Lietz Urfahr for service was the kindness and customer friendliness based on our experience a year ago, this "customer service" already mentioned. You feel welcome and valued. Many thanks to the entire team and please "stay healthy" and continue to be customer-friendly and correct!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man ist noch nicht mal richtig bei der Eingangstüre rein, wird man schon gefragt, was man für einen tun kann.
Ist zu warten, bekommt man einen Kaffee angeboten.
Sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht!
Beim nächsten Autokauf sich wieder!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto wurde bei telefonischer Absprache zum Probefahren angeboten, LEIDER stellte sich bei Anwesenheit im Autohaus heraus, daß das Auto angeblich schon verkauft war. Zeit, Anfahrt alles umsonst, daher KEINEN Stern. Ich kann es nicht posten ohne Stern.........
The car was offered for a test drive when agreed by telephone, unfortunately it turned out when the car was present at the dealership that the car was supposedly already sold. Time, travel all for free, therefore NO star. I can't post it without a star .........
