Das übrige Team ist ganz toll und hilfsbereit!!! Schade, dass dieser EINE Mitarbeiter den Ruf des gesamten Teams kaputt macht Today unfortunately (once again) caught the only unfriendly gentleman: Obese, dark-haired, listless, extremely rude! The rest of the team is really great and helpful !!! Too bad that this ONE employee destroys the reputation of the entire team

Und das Beste, hier hält euch niemand für faul oder sonstwas wenn ihr die riesigen Amazon-, Zalando- und sonstigen Schachteln nicht faltet. Denn hier gibt's im Gegensatz zur Altpapier-Tonne eine Presse. Achja, es ist keine Alternative die Kartons zum Restmüll zu geben wenn die Altpapier-Tonne voll ist. Here, in the ASZ in Mostnystraße, cardboard boxes can be disposed of much better than in the waste paper bin. And best of all, nobody here thinks you're lazy or anything if you don't fold the huge Amazon, Zalando and other boxes. Because, in contrast to the waste paper bin, there is a press here. Oh yes, there is no alternative to the cardboard boxes to the residual waste when the waste paper bin is full.

Vieles ist super ausgeschildert und man findet sich gut selbst zurecht, aber meistens ist schon wer zur Stelle um zu helfen, bevor man kurz suchen muss. The staff are SO incredibly accommodating, attentive and nice, even on the phone. Much is well signposted and you can find your way around easily, but usually someone is already there to help before you have to look for a moment.

Sofort als ich ankam wurde mir geholfen wo welche Sachen zu entsorgen sind. Beim Entsorgen habe ich mich dann leider geschnitten. Da ich kein Pflaster dabei hatte hab ich um eins gefragt. Mir wurde sofort geholfen und hab direkt ein kleines Pflasterset mitbekommen - danke, ich bin wirklich begeistert! This is the first time I've rated a waste collection center - today's friendly gentlemen really deserve 5 stars! As soon as I arrived I was helped where to dispose of which things. Unfortunately I cut myself while disposing of it. Since I didn't have a plaster with me, I asked for one. I was helped immediately and got a small plaster set right away - thank you, I'm really excited!
