M	Michael Janko (Mian86) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn es manchmal dort chaotisch abläuft, Mitarbeiter "unfreundlich" wirken und eine Tiervergabe sehr streng ist, finde ich das Tierheim gut. Man darf nicht vergessen wie viele "Deppen" es gibt, die für eine Tierhaltung ungeeignet. Natürlich soll das Wohl der Tiere an erster Stelle stehen. Daher sollte man Geduld mitbringen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass jeder Geeignete ein Tier bekommt. Erst vor 3 Woche brachte ich eine junge Fundkatze vorbei. Bis heute sind etliche dazugekommen. Also nicht gleich persönlich nehmen wenn mal ein "unfreundlicher" Ton rüber kommt. Das Team hat wirklich viel zu tun und fast täglich werden es mehr Tiere. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag.... oder Woche. Bei mir war die Mitarbeiterin übrigens sehr freundlich. Ich hoffe mein Findelkind bekommt ein schönes Zuhause ? Even if it is sometimes chaotic there, employees seem "unfriendly" and the allocation of animals is very strict, I think the animal shelter is good. One must not forget how many "idiots" there are who are unsuitable for keeping animals. Of course, the welfare of the animals should come first. Therefore you should be patient. I am convinced that everyone who is suitable will get an animal. Only 3 weeks ago I brought a young found cat over. To date, quite a few have been added. So don't take it personally if you hear an "unfriendly" tone. The team is really busy and there are more animals almost every day. Everyone has a bad day ... or week. By the way, the employee was very friendly for me. I hope my foundling will have a nice home ?
G	Gerhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten bereits in der Vergangenheit mehrmals Kontakt mit dem Tierheim Linz und auch schon das eine oder andere Haustier (Kleintier) vermittelt bekommen. Wir haben die Mitarbeiterinnen als freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent kennengelernt. Unsere Fragen, persönlich, telefonisch als auch per Mail wurden rasch und ausreichend beantwortet. Danke für Ihr Engagement für die Tiere, die Hilfe benötigen. We had already been in contact with the Linz animal shelter several times in the past and had been given one or the other pet (small animal). We got to know the employees as friendly, helpful and competent. Our questions, in person, by phone and email, were answered quickly and adequately. Thank you for your commitment to the animals that need help.

Man darf nie vergessen,dass es um die Bedürfnisse der Tiere geht! Unfortunately, I have already noticed a few times which potential applicants these patient animal shelter people have to face, I admire them for their patience, here they are conscientiously mediated and great clarification is provided. One must never forget that it is about the needs of the animals!
