M	Martina Punz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Schwendtner ist eine tolle Ärztin. Ich vertraue ihr zu 100%, meine Kleine mag sie auch, wir hatten noch nie eine falsche Diagnose oder ähnliches. Sie ist erfahren, einfühlsam, geduldig und nimmt sich Zeit für jeden Patienten. Sie nimmt sich aber auch kein Blatt vorm Mund wenn es z.B. um Impfgegner geht, ich finde das aber gut, denn man kann immer mit einer ehrlichen, fachlichen Antwort auf seine Fragen rechnen. Dass das Personal manchmal unfreundlich ist, kann ich teilweise bestätigen, ABER immer wenn ich das mitbekommen hab, waren es die Eltern, die das provoziert haben, weil sie z.B. während einer Anmeldung unterbrechen, um zu fragen, wann sie eeendlich dran kommen. Viele Eltern denken doch wirklich immer, ihr Problem sei das Größte, man sollte aber auch Verständnis haben, wenn es Akutfälle gibt. Wenn man kommt ohne vorher anzurufen, sollte es auch klar sein, dass man mehr Zeit mitbringen muss, als mit Termin. ICH wurde noch nie angeschnauzt oder sonstiges - liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass ich weiß, was sich gehört. Ich kenne all die Damen nur sehr nett, zuvorkommend und zuckersüß den Kleinen gegenüber. Dr. Schwendtner is a great doctor. I trust her 100%, my little one likes her too, we have never had a wrong diagnosis or anything like that. She is experienced, empathetic, patient and takes time for each patient. But she also doesn’t mince her mouth when it is e.g. about vaccination opponents, but I think that's good, because you can always count on an honest, professional answer to your questions. I can partly confirm that the staff is sometimes unfriendly, BUT whenever I heard it, it was the parents who provoked it, e.g. because they Interrupt during a registration to ask when it will finally be your turn. Many parents really always think that their problem is the biggest, but one should also understand when there are acute cases. If you come without calling beforehand, it should also be clear that you have to bring more time with you than with an appointment. I have never been snapped at or anything else - maybe because I know what is proper. I know all the ladies very nice, courteous and sweet as sugar towards the little ones.

Kinderzimmer sehr freundlich eingerichtet, leider mussten wir trotz Termin eine Stunde warten (Akutfälle haben Vorrang - das versteh ich auch voll und ganz) ansonsten kann ich nichts negativ oder positives sagen. Ein ganz normaler Arztbesuch. Die Ärztin ist etwas forsch, hat allerdings den Vorteil das nicht um den heißen Brei herumgeredet wird. Bin im Jänner wieder, danach werde ich diese Bewertung überarbeiten und erneut berichten! I was vaccinated with my daughter for the first time today, my wife had been before. Nursery very friendly furnished, unfortunately we had to wait despite the appointment for an hour (acute cases have priority - I fully understand that) otherwise I can not say anything negative or positive. A normal doctor's visit. The doctor is a bit brisk, but has the advantage that is not talked about the bush. I'll be back in January, then I'll revise this review and report again!

Bisher hatte ich kaum Wartezeiten, sehr freundliche Ordinationsassistentinnen, gute Behandlung beider Ärztinnen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der sehr schönen Praxis. Kann nichts negatives berichten. Very competent and experienced doctor. So far I have had hardly any waiting times, very friendly doctor's assistants, good treatment from both doctors and a pleasant atmosphere in the very nice practice. Can't say anything negative.
C	Cas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde ist sehr sehr schlecht qualität service, Sie haben immer stress oder schalten dich aus und lassen sie dich alleine sprechen. ich habe auf die Leitung Zweimal angerufen und sie hat mich Zweimal auf die Leitung ausgeschaltet , wirklich taurig kein Respekt. wenn ich bekomme eine termine, ich komme punktlich und Musst warten mehr als 30 minuten. ich habe mich gedacht ob die Assistentinnen macht nicht so gern die beruflich… ist viel zu tun ja, ich kann verstehen aber jede Kind ist wichtig und sollten sie mehr Freundliche sein. wir sind Menschen kein Objekt … leider Find is very very bad quality service, you always have stress or turn yourself off and let you talk alone. I called the line twice and she switched me off the line twice, really no respect. When I get an appointment, I'll be there on time and have to wait more than 30 minutes. I thought to myself whether the assistants don't like doing the job so much ... there is a lot to do, yes, I can understand but every child is important and they should be more friendly. we are humans not an object … Unfortunately

Lässt sich Zeit und hat immer ein Ohr für Fragen. Kann Sie nur weiterempfehlen. Have been with the Frau Doktor since the birth of my 2 children. Very competent and friendly doctor, the children like to go to her. Takes her time and always has an ear for questions. I can only recommend you.
