Wenig Personal anwesend.
Personal ist aber freundlich.
Dadurch dauert es auch ewig bis man seine Antwort auf eine Frage hat.
Teilweise nicht alle Artikel in ausreichender Menge da.
Fazit ein Geschäft für Leut die ohnehin wissen was sie wollen und nicht warten wollen bis ein eventueller Artikel erst nach 1-2Tagen da ist.

Conclusion a business for people who already know what they want and don't want to wait until an item is available after 1-2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für eine Werkstattkette haben die sehr schlechte Abläufe bzw. Strukturen. Wollte mir einmal die Bremse reparieren lassen und bin dann gefragt worden, woher die Bremsbeläge kommen sollen. Als ich dann sagte "von euch", wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich zum Kollegen gehen muss, damit dieser diese bestellt. Warum sollte man in einer Werkstatt bei einem Kollegen die Teile bestellen und dann einem anderen den Auftrag zum Einbau geben? Das sollte man intern schaffen. Schräges System! Egal, gehe ich nicht mehr hin und auch ganz viele die ich kenne. Menschen wollen einfache Abläufe und nicht so ein Kasperltheater. Sterne gibt es für die manchmal günstigen Aktionen (Klima etc.).
For a chain of workshops, they have very poor processes and structures. Once I wanted to have the brake repaired and then I was asked where the brake pads should come from. When I said "from you", I was told that I had to go to my colleague to order them. Why should you order the parts from a colleague in a workshop and then give the order to someone else to install them? That should be done internally. Weird system! Anyway, I don't go there anymore and also a lot of people I know. People want simple processes and not a puppet show. There are stars for the sometimes favorable promotions (climate, etc.).
