★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor nicht zu all langer Zeit war ich im Geschäft drinnen um meiner Freundin eine Tasche zu kaufen die sie wollte , hab der Verkäuferin mit langem blondem Haar und Akzent ein Bild von der Tasche gezeigt daraufhin meinte sie das sie die nicht haben und zeigte mir komplett andere Taschen die nicht mal ansatzweise so ausgeschaut haben wie die, die ich eigentlich wollte, daraufhin meinte ich „danke trotzdem“ und sie zuckte mit den Schultern so wie „tja pech gehabt“.
Und das war nicht das erste mal das die Verkäufer so waren bzw sich so benommen haben, sehr Inkompetente und nicht ausgebildete Leute dort die keine Ahnung von ihrem Beruf haben.. Schade eigentlich für die tolle Marke.
 Not too long ago I was in the shop to buy my friend a bag that she wanted, showed the saleswoman with long blond hair and an accent a picture of the bag, then she said that they didn't have it and showed me completely different ones Bags that didn't even begin to look like the ones I actually wanted, then I said “thank you anyway” and she shrugged her shoulders as if “we had bad luck”.
And that wasn't the first time that the salespeople were like that or behaved like that, very incompetent and untrained people there who have no idea about their job .. It's a shame for the great brand.

Nice shop, staff is trained and very friendly. Bought a "Raven" bag for my girlfriend, the advice from the young lady was perfect. My girlfriend was really happy about the bag! My shop in the Donauzentrum.
Beautiful ladies.
