Catastrophic rental. From minute 1 everything went wrong with this company. We arrived late to Vienna and when we went to pick up the car that we had rented for 7 days, an im tells us ... With a knob, since we are late we have to pay more because they no longer have the car that we reserved. Well after 120 euros it gives us an automatic 7-seater diesel car. Well more or less you can come to understand ... Well now comes the best. Before leaving the parking lot I see that a warning is missing that is missing adblue. Low rent I tell him he sends me to a girl who puts 1/2 liter and tells me that the computer is bad that I can go without a problem ... Well at the beginning I put that in 700 km the car would not start and how it is normal those km were going down increasing my concern. I stop in Salzburg at a sullas agency and the girl tells me that she is going to close and I am leaving. I go to the airport where he has another and I am attended by a girl from another company who tells me to come back at 17h that I was not responsible. I come back and the girl who treats me super unfriendly and stupid, tells me that I filled the tank well that was missing adblue all this without even looking at it. After he convinces her to see the car, she manages to see that the car is broken. After a while he tells us that we had to wait 1 day for another car to be brought. The car was worse but at least it was not going to stop if or because of mechanical failure. She did not ask me not to excuse my a gesture of sympathy, quite the opposite arrogance and stupidity is what we take from her. Good and a worse car. On the way back from the trip we are going to return the car or file the corresponding claim, and the person who attends them refuses to deliver the complaint sheets because he says it is too late and the system has been turned off ... Do not rent with this company. Are the worst...

NEVER rent a car from InterRent (Auto Europe). This is pure fraud and I will now take legal action against the company. But first I have to tell you why: I had rented a car online from home in Vienna / Schwechat and paid for it for the period from Friday to Sunday. On Friday my plane landed around 10 p.m. Straight away I looked for the "DESK IN TERMINAL", as stated in the voucher. After walking up and down the terminal twice without success with my heavy luggage, I asked the information desk where InterRent was. They informed me that they are in car park P4 outside the terminal (about 15 minutes on foot!). When I arrived there at 10:30 p.m., I presented my booking confirmation to receive the vehicle I had already paid for. The employee there refused to hand it over because I did not have the credit card with which I had paid for the vehicle. The credit card belongs to my wife. I traveled alone. Ergo, I have neither the card nor my wife, who according to the staff is the only person who would have legitimized the booking. I therefore offered an EC card payment for the deposit. Answer: "That is not technically possible." Furthermore, I offered a video call with my wife in order to deposit the deposit using the credit card number. That was also not possible. So I asked the young man what other payment alternatives are there. Short answer: “None.” So I gave up and wanted my money back. According to the employee, I have to email the company for this. There would also be "no problems with the refund," he said. I then went to a Sixt counter and rented a car that was twice as expensive WITHOUT a credit card and only had to leave a deposit of 300 euros instead of 1,000 euros (!) As with InterRent. It should also be noted that I was also informed of the data on my voucher, where it would clearly state that a credit card and owner must be with me when picking up. After a five-minute search for the employee, he found the information on page 2 under the heading "Included in your rental price:" ... Completely misplaced! That should be sorted in bold on the first page. So it might be. I had a great weekend, flew back on Sunday and wrote to InterRent on Monday, asking for a refund of the vehicle rental already paid. The following was communicated to me in response (copied from the mail): “As we cannot take any responsibility for the fact that you could not pick up the rental car, a cancellation is not possible according to our general terms and conditions. In your voucher you will find the information that in the event of cancellation after the booked rental time / rental time, the booking price will not be reimbursed. A reimbursement is and remains accordingly excluded. ”A bottomless cheek. To a new goodwill request on my part and a request after 7 days, no answer has yet been received. Now legal steps will follow and my lawyer will increase the value of the action properly. I will post this text on other platforms. The company's ratings seem to be consistently negative anyway. I should have read beforehand ... I can only agree with this one. So my conclusion is: Stay away from InterRent and AutoEurope.

CAR WAS GOOD BUT A LOT OF KMS. My rent was meant to £39.75 for 3 days . We only did 200kms per day maximum . We took the car back early . , no problems.

Very impolite employees. The car we reserved was not available so we had to pay an extra fee for another car we did not even want. We gave the car back fully fueled and have not received any compensation for that yet even though the service staff told us so. You have to wait for a response very long and their employees do not want to help you. Unfortunately, very bad experience and I do not recommend if you want to have a nice holiday.

We were told that model we reserved wasn’t available anymore. Instead we were offered a downgrade and they made it seem it’s an upgrade. Ofcourse they offered another model for a surcharge. The final surcharge was negotiated and we signed for it. However later we noticed that the negotiated price was topped with 17% airport tax and sales tax. Our extra cost was therefore much higher. At the carpark we saw the model we initially reserved. We went back and the man told us that it will be picked up by another customer tomorrow who specifically reserved an automatic car. The service seemed good but in retrospect it all becamw so strange and unfair. Please be aware of this when dealing with Interent at Vienna airport.

Very bad experience . On airport the guy didnt want to except mine electronic card even thou i made reservation with that card . Luckily i had other with me so i could proceed with it . They have overcharged me and on top of it my car was blocked in Vienna and i have to pay ticket for parking because i couldn't move it and had to go to a few kilometers away place to pay it and there i paid mine and was told i was blocked for tickets not paid in May even thou i renter car in June for two days . On airport they said i will be reimbursed for it but they didnt plus after 7 days they still haven't released mine 1000e they took for insurance or damages . They even gave me other car because one i booked was not available, not that was a bad car it was even better then one i booked but it was scratched and damaged in many places and i really wanted the one i booked . I didnt get to my meeting in Bratislava that morning , i lost a client that was very important to me and i didnt make a fuss about it but i believe that guys who work on the airport on return of the cars shouldnt take the hit for someone else's mistakes . I was promised by the employee i will be reimbursed for ticket i paid and incident occurred but today when i checked my balance i realize i was even charged more than supposed to . This is first and last time i rented with this company and i always rent cars but i will never ever rent with them no more . Dont take the cars from this company as they are very unprofessional and will make sure that all my partners find out about it and i do have many people i arrange rental cars as it is nature of my business as well . Now i realize why there wasnt no line on the airport only in front of theirs counter .

Booked car was unavailable - we were offered a courier van type instead of a mini SUV. If we wanted to do deliveries, sure. When we asked for another one they weren’t willing to help, just asked for more money. Had super cover bought as well, even so they held €250 deposit for whatever the reasons. Even their manager just shrugged and walked away. Stay away
