Der Händler ist sehr kompetent und bietet super Service. Kann ich nur empfehlen. I bought my Csepel torpedo here, I'm very happy with the bike, the city bike offers top price-performance ratio. Und mein Freund hat sich die Bremsen richten lassen; vollkommener Pfusch, er hätte fast einen Unfall gehabt. Finger away .. for my bike (top condition) they would have given me € 30 and then even admitted that they would resell it for € 200. And my friend had the brakes applied; complete botch, he almost had an accident.

Die Unzuverlässigkeit und Wucher-Bepreisung wird nur noch von der absolut unfassbaren Unfreundlichkeit und Nicht-Service-Mentalität des fast-betrügerischen Eigentümers (?) übertroffen. Für kompetente, freundliche & gewissenhafte Beratung sowie Service - bitte das Fahrrad woanders hinbringen! I have never wished for the possibility of not being able to assign stars so much as for this "business". The unreliability and exorbitant pricing is only surpassed by the absolutely unbelievable rudeness and non-service mentality of the almost fraudulent owner (?). For competent, friendly & conscientious advice and service - please bring your bike somewhere else!
M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unfreundlich. War 2 min bevor das Geschäft aufmacht da, dann kommt der Verkäufer um aufzusperren. Ich stelle nur eine Frage, ob sie überhaupt Fahrradreifen in dieser kleinen Größe (ich halte ihn in der Hand) haben. Aber erstmal ignoriert er mich und sieht einfach grantig an mir vorbei und stellt einen Aufsteller draußen auf. Dann frage ich nochmal als er wieder an mir vorbei geht und sagt dann gelangweilt "Na, haben wir nicht". Bei so einer Bedienung kommt man dann natürlich nicht wieder, auch wenn man mal was anderes brauchen würde. Incredibly rude. Was there 2 minutes before the store opens, then the seller comes to unlock it. I just ask one question, do you even have bike tires this small size (I'm holding it in my hand). But first he ignores me and just looks grumpily past me and sets up a stand outside. Then I ask again as he walks past me again and then says, bored, "Well, we haven't". With such a service, of course, you won't come back, even if you need something else.
e	e * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier vor einem Jahr ein total Überteuertes gebrauchtes Rad gekauft, die Bremsen zogen nicht richtig und die Pedale waren defacto hin. Als ich am nächsten Tag zurück kam, wollte man mir die Reperatur verrechnen, obwohl es am Tag zuvor als gekauft hatte. Natürlich stieg ich darauf nicht ein. Dies wurde mir dann von einer anderen Werkstatt sehr flott und freundlich gerichtet, wobei man mir sagte, dass der Preis den ich für das Rad gezahlt habe, alles andere als angemessen war. Bought a totally overpriced used bike here a year ago, the brakes weren't working properly and the pedals were defacto. When I came back the next day, they wanted to charge me for the repair, even though it had been bought the day before. Of course, I didn't go into it. This was then addressed to me in a very quick and friendly manner by another workshop, where I was told that the price I paid for the bike was anything but appropriate.

Hat mir super schnell mit dem Reifenwechsel geholfen und war ihm sehr dankbar für das gute Service. Kann ihn und den store nur wärmstens empfehlen! Recently I was with an extremely competent and very nice employee because of a flat tire. Helped me with changing tires very quickly and was very grateful to him for the good service. Can only warmly recommend him and the store!
