Die Rechnung hatte ich leider nicht mehr, mir wurde trotzdem der volle Kaufpreis rückerstattet, was ich sehr korrekt fand. So gewinnt man KundInnen:) Bought a simple bike light here (set for front and rear) that broke after 3 days. Unfortunately, I no longer had the invoice, but I was reimbursed the full purchase price, which I found very correct. How to win customers :)

Frendliche Mitarbeiterim ermöglichte mir, alle drei Modellvarianten probezufahren und mir dann eines herauszusuchen zum mieten. Die Miete wird sogar bei Kauf eines Rades voll (!) angerechnet - finde ich großzügig. Das Sortiment ist überschaubar und in Ordnung, schön, das es solche Läaden für Fahrräder gibt. Came here to lend me a Brompton folding bike. Frendliche Mitarbeiterim enabled me to test drive all three model variants and then pick one for rent. The rent is even credited when you buy a bike full (!) - I think generous. The range is manageable and in order, nice that there are such LÄaden for bicycles.

Die Qualität von Rad und Werkstatt scheinen mir hoch. Dafür nicht ganz billig. Wenn man als Laie keine Mängel am Rad erkennt, kostet das jährliche Service trotzdem 80 €. I bought my bike here and have been coming to the workshop for years. Overall I'm satisfied. The employees are pleasant. The quality of the bike and workshop seems high to me. Not cheap for that. If you don't see any defects on the bike as a layman, the annual service still costs €80.
