Very friendly & knowledgable staff. Got my citybike fixed there & it was better than new the next day. Also a great selection of parts - you won't find the usual BBB stuff there but only original spare parts from Shimano or RAM.

Contrary to the other good reviews and contrary to what I expected to be honest - I did not get any attention from the staff and was deeply disappointed. Maybe as mechanics they are great, but as salesmen not so much. In the era of online shopping and return policies like Amazon's or Bikeste's ( hint : you have up to 3 months to return the bike that you don't like ), they need to pay more attention to the client and his/hers needs. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, granted it was an hour and a half before closing time and it was the weekend, but hey - I still think i deserved some attention and help in choosing the right bike for me. I did not get any ... but got yelled at for wandering off into the inner yard that was full of bikes, that I thought were for sale. It appears that it was just the storage for repaired/needing a repair bikes. I think places like this should offer a great service, that is heavily client-oriented in order to compete with people buying stuff online. I was willing to pay some extra in order to get the consultation from a professional, but after all some time spent reading bike forums was a better investment.

Very good store of small parts and odd sizes. However, their staff made up prices to my face when asked, sometimes quoting twice the price on the sticker on the item itself. Felt treated like I was clueless and a nuisance, which was not pleasant. Would not come back as I felt like I was going to be ripped off.

Bought my first ever MTB here. Staff was amazing, the guy that helped us was very patient explaining everything to us, from good care of our bikes to great routes where to travel. It is a bit on the pricey side though (check their accessories), but for being an LBS is totally worth it. I'd rather buy here than any of the big shops.

All the staff have been very friendly and professional, especially Philip! He did us a big favor in getting us 2 boxes to pack our bikes to send by plane! thank you very very much! The store is great they have everything! And they are great professionals!

Extremely competent bike mechanic. Had and ongoing problem with my headset (fork was rocking). Had already been to a different bike shop twice. (Bikevienna1010) The mechanic at Ciclopia took 1 minute to identify the problem and another 10 to fix it. (Happened to have the right part) Other than that friendly staff and good advice. Can definitely recommend.

Best bike shop I've ever visited. Really friendly bike lovers work there, all speak english and can help non-literate cyclists such as myself, who decided to return to getting on a bike after a 25 year absence. I brought my Trek Emonda SLR7 Ultegra Di2 in for a service this week. I bought it in Italy from a Trek Concept Store in July 2020. Well, whoever serviced it is a magician. It rolls better now than when I bought it, and they fixed the headset problem that I have had since I rode over höhenstrasse in the north of Vienna by mistake (cobbled hill both up and down!). Best of all, they totally reconfigured the Di2 and now I appreciate the difference over the mechanical shifting GRX on my gravel bike (Topstone Lefty 3 that I bought at Ciclopia). The Di2 shift is in miliseconds now. Mindblowing good, more than I ever expected shifting could even do. If you want friendly service, top quality advice and maintenance of your bike, this is absolutely the best place in Vienna, by a mile. Thank you Ciclopia - special shout out to Fabio who has been incredible in helping me choose a bike and even more so for continuing to get me more and more up to speed with modern bike tech every time I visit the store!! Shop at Ciclopia for your bikes and your maintenance. When they can set up my Trek better than an actual Trek store, well, I think that tells you about the expertise these great folks possess.

Total professionals, reliable service, and for me it went very quickly as well. My new favorite bike shop. Highly recommended.
