They said that they hadn't found anything. I asked them to check again. I called later and they said that nothing has found. I'm absolutely sure that I left it there's. Obviously someone got my item........
A	Arsheen Por on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. Beds are comfortable with clean spacious washrooms. No telephone in room to even contact the front desk. However, will NOT book again since the rooms faced the garbage dump of the restaurant attached. We were on the 2nd floor and since there is no AC in the room we left our windows open. All we got was the smell from the garbage right below us and not to forget to mention the loud lounging people on the patio that smoked all day long. The garbage issue was pretty sad since we were able to see the contents of the garbage from our room. It was not pleasant to peek out and be greeted by garbage bags and bins full to the brim.
D	Daniel Kordovan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique vintage accomodation. Hundred years old beautiful furniture, but clean, renovated. I think students live there, so it works only during summer. You will not get cheaper accomodation in very center of this expensive city.
L	Linda Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location for exploring Salzburg, but it is Spartan lodging. To get to the desk, you walk through a tunnel of smoke, populated by all the smokers, including the hotel staff. There was no hint of smoke inside the hotel, thankfully. It is an older building, but there is an elevator. The staff were all charming and helpful. There is no breakfast, but there is hot water in the lobby and plenty of bakeries, restaurants and a grocery nearby. Our room was small, and sparsely furnished, but clean. There are showers (no tubs). A communal washing sink for laundry,etc, is on each floor. Our room was fine until Friday night, when it became extremely noisy, from the street noise outside. Plan to join the party until 2am if you stay here on a weekend. The good side of this is that it is a fun and lively neighborhood. It is just as charming and less densely packed with tourists the other side of the river. It is also significantly less expensive. And you can be on the other side in 5 minutes (or less!) The streets around the hotel are closed to cars. Travel outside the city by bus or train is easy from this location.
