★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Amazing location - a 10 minute walk to the old city.
- OK Breakfast (4/5).
- Free coffee machine and tea facilities in the lobby - this was great.
- Mini bar (fridge).
- 10 EUR Discount for a parking spot nearby.
- no fan in the bathroom.
- the lighting is too dark - makes it a bit hard to pack your things in winter when the days are shorter.
- bathroom amenities were not provided (shower cap, shower gel).
- lack of storage. Was okay as we stayed overnight but I would not want to stay there for more than one day.
- no aircon - so I would assume you would struggle here in summer.
- no onsite parking, they do have public parking nearby at the rate of 30 EUR per day. Hotel provides a discount of 10 EUR per day if you stay with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was veeery comfy the best i had in Europe, however the place is very old and need new carpets and the doors still works with old keys which has a very bullky Keychain. Access cards must be there, the price was very high compared to the comments, the staff was amazing and very helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpfull and knowledgeable receptionist. Great central position few metres from the Mirabell Palace and car park. Few minutes walk from the old town Single rooms with large single beds. Very comfortable. For the position and quality, excellent price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, friendly staff and clean linen, but the hotel in central and the rooms need renovation ASAP. The carpets are dirty with stains and burn holes in it. Too bad such prime location hotels take the price they make for granted. Needs investment too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed here for two nights, the location is perfect for tourists, because you can walk to the Mirabelgarten, or Mozart house, or the walking street, also there are some local shops which you can reach for your needs to buy. also worth to note that we just walked from train-station to the hotel!
the staff are helpful. and the classic and boutique style is astonishing. everybody shall visit Salzburg and enjoy the city and culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so friendly. Made suggestions to wonderful restaurants always asked how our day went. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff there were very service oriented… The location is great walking distance 7 minutes into old city ..I highly recommend this hotel
