C	Craig Priddle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and breakfast at this well positioned and very comfortable hotel. The immediate area is very nice and it is an easy walk to the old town over the river. The gardens are also a short walk. Breakfast is very good. They have a sauna and pool but we didn't get to use them. Coffee and tea in the room are welcome additions.

Were welcomed with a warm and friendly smile on arrival, very helpful guys at the desk and enjoyed the breakfast layout as well. Hotel is well located, though my father thought the Spa was a bit of a let down. However i would definitely recommend this hotel. Cheers !

Staff was very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room could have some background music in it, now it's a bit quiet. Location was great, easy to get everywhere on foot.
J	Jen Moss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was everything that we needed for us and our two small kids- they had the sofa bed and pack and play set up for us when we arrived and explained parking and everything very clearly. The service is fantastic! And they speak great English. It was wonderful to be able to walk all over the old town- we didn't use our car the whole time we were there due to the great location. The only downsides: we stayed on a weekend and there was a fair amount of noise outside pretty late into the night. It wasn't loud enough to keep our kids awake though! Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the beds are quite firm and the pillows don't do a whole lot. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

My only two criticisms of the room were was that the doors were dusty and the shower over the bath managed to wet the bathroom floor. The sauna, steam room and pool were excellent as was the breakfast. The staff were efficient and helpful. The location was good. Quiet but near (15 minutes walk) to the tourist sites Restaurants and bars are close by, plus a Spar store. I would recommend staying at the Residence.

Location was excellent...walked out of the hotel door, and in a few steps we were in part of the Old Town, a pedestrian street with shops and eateries. Breakfast was also very good! Loved having mimosas.

M	Mitchell D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best place we stayed in Europe. I don't do 5 star hotels. The customer service, room quality, and location were awesome. The bartender "Rudy" was incredible. If you stay here, have a drink at the bar and chat with him.
