★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I made reservations and paid in advance to stay in this hotel 3/14/20 just as the pandemic starting closing borders. We were in Germany and planned to cross over from Germany and spend time in Salzburg but was afraid we would not be able to get back into Germany to fly back to the US so we had to cancel our reservations.
The hotel owner refused to give us a refund even with everything going on. Totally took advantage of US tourists. Business at it’s worst!!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hosts were incredible and did everything possible to make me feel at home in their guesthouse and welcome in Salzburg. I had a separate studio apartment which has everything I needed. I appreciated access to the communal breakfast and coffee facilities that you could pay for on use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful guest house, excellent location - just around the corner from everything. Room was very warm and cosy with a great little bathroom. Herbert the owner is also very welcoming and accommodating and is a thoroughly nice chap. Would recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting Salzburg.
