We visited for a drink and a desert.
Our expectations were high after visiting the original Sacher Hotel in Vienna - pleased to say our expectations were exceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Sacher! We stayed with our three children and the staff could not have been more accommodating and lovely. The wonderful doorman chatted to our 2 year old son about cars, the dining staff and chefs prepared allergy free meals and special dishes for our two babies, who were not very well and so were very cranky, the staff preparing the rooms left the most lovely treats for us all, including activities for the children and the front desk staff organised everything for us perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. A particular mention for Michael, who organised rooms for us within hours and also arranged covid testing on a Sunday for our daughter when our flight was redirected to Germany at short notice. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and comfortable and perfectly set up. The added extras for the children (bath toys, dressing gowns and slippers, special bedding, children’s bubble bath) really made them feel special and were such a lovely touch. We can’t thank you enough for all your assistance and kindness. It’s a beautiful hotel, made extra special by the exemplary staff. We hope to return with slightly older and better behaved children in the future! The Miles Family.
