★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand why this restaurant get only 4 stars. Service and mood(interior and music) and dishes and dessert were PERFECT!!! I stayed in Austria for 7days and i went many restaurants but this restaurant is the best. I want to visit again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best meal we had during our 3 days in Salzburg. Reasonable price for a sharing platter of roast pork and bratwurst. Waiter recommended the Apfel Strudle with vanilla sauce and it was heaven.

The place is clean, the food is good, and the service is fast and reliable.
The prices are average for Salzburg.
I had some lentil with sweet potato and it was really good.
My wife had chicken, but she wasn't really content with it. Maybe it's a local taste, but the meat was rare, and it had some small feathers in some areas.
Another small issue we had was that all around us, people from other tables were getting pretzels while we weren't. We aren't that big on pastries and/or dough products, but the pretzels looked tasty and we also wanted a bit of the local taste.
All in all it was an OK experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup, oxtail and steak were excellent. Boiled beef and prawns were fine but not outstanding. Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Prices are high than average due to central location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was fantastic. The Grilled Salmon with Pumpkin Ragout was superb, buttery and delicious. Husband had the Half Roast Chicken and it was juicy and full of flavor. The service was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice dinner. Everyone enjoyed their traditional meals. The wiener schnitzel and braised oxtail were very good. We got two orders of apple strudel with sauce which was served warm and they did not have a chance.?
We enjoyed the biers and the server was very patient and helpful with our meal questions and choices. We would all go back again.
