★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing about the restaurant, not the hotel. Food took unreasonably long to serve, food itself was mediocre at best and very expensive even considering that area is a tourist trap. They even charged €3 cover just to give them the opportunity to rip us off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 Nov, 19:00 food was OK but service was confused, rude and antagonistic. nobody to greet you at the entrance. couldn't find our booking to start, two staff argued until they magically found it(??). tried to seat us at the bar instead of our reserved table because one of our party couldn't make it. worst was at the end when the waiter directly asked us for a tip, explaining that "there is no service charge on the bill". disappointing experience, hope it was just a bad day and not always like this.
